George did a great job and the process they use. Pricing was fair and we are now having him do air duct Cleaning. Absolutely great experience!! No hidden costs.

They did a great job refinishing my floors. They even moved the furniture for me.

It was fine. I did have to pay extra. It was a couple of hundred dollars more. They got here and they didn't have the correct equipment. They thought they were doing carpets and they were doing hardwood. So the guy had to go back to the company to get the right equipment and that took about an hour and a half. So, it was kind of a wasted hour and a half. The workers were very good, very professional.

Bob and his team are awesome! From scheduling the appointment, calling when they were on their way, to the high quality of work done, their execution was flawless! My couch has never looked better and my floors look brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results! They mentioned I was in need of a vent cleaning while they were here so I'm also having them come back in a few weeks to do so ! Thank you!

totally uneven, extra puddles thru out floor...would not come back out to look at it...told us it was our floor. It didn't look like this b/4 KWIK touched it. Owner very rude and refused to help

We asked to be the first appointment of the day. They arrived at 7:30 AM as requested and began to work immediately. The condo had no furniture as we had not moved in yet. I was warned about pet stains that were there from previous owners pet my bleed through after time, as the when into the padding. They have come back,but that was not the carpet cleaners fault. Overall was happy the the service.

The service was good. They up the price when they got there which, I do not think they should have. I am less likely to use them again.

The two gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I had my doubts because the deal was so good but my floor looks brand new after absolutely no cleaning for over 22 years. I highly recommend them. They also gave me a fantastic quote on air duct cleaning ( I asked, they didn't push), when I had a quote from a groupon "deal" that was 500.00 more which I refused.

The price was given up front and there were no hidden fees. Jordan showed up on time and did an excellent job. The owner was very personable when I talked to him on the phone.

It went well. It was in a hallway and he got out spots that I didn't think would come out. He didn't do well in corners. He did well on everything except the corners. The response was slow. I had to call them to get their service, but it wasn't their fault.

Awesome, i got a deal on Angie's list, my floors look awesome, exceeded my expectations. We had scheduled it at 12:00 but the guys showed up at 9:30. My wife was home but we had to rearrange some things due to their showing up so much earlier than expected. That was the only inconvenience in the process.

They were courteous and fast. I wish the tool cleaned the carpet better but it isn't a reflection on the people or the company in general.

Wow so well--and the floor looks wonderful. Had a small matter with some dry areas seen after floor dried--seen to have been heavily used by previous owner--technician came back out the evening to put another light coat of wax on it. In addition the owner called twice wanting a call back if there were any issues!!! Wow now that is customer service!!!!!

Excellent, courteous worker did an excellent job. All rugs deep cleaned and now look like new. Will probably have them back to clean annually.

All went great. They were honest about what expectations should be and the results were good quality. I appreciated their detailed explanations and wilingness to fit in the extra work so it was done right as we moved in.

The 2 man crew arrived promptly and did their job without any intrusion. I was very happy with their work and their promptness. My dryer works so much better now.
