Bonny was very professional. The carpets looked great when he cleaned them and it looked like all the spots cleaned right up but when the carpet dried, they all reappeared. Was disappointed with that. Thought they be gone. Otherwise great service!

The workers who showed up to my house were incredibly nice and polite. They arrived exactly on time and worked both quickly and efficiently. My carpets (6 rooms and a hallway) were pre-treated and cleaned in around an hour. My floors still had some pee spots where the odor didn't fully disappear like I had hoped, and Bob (the owner) reached out giving me a little more background about the stain/odor removal process and why it may not have worked. He then had someone back out at my place within a few days to apply a second coat of odorcide which I truly appreciated. Customer service is everything, and I couldn't be more pleased with Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning.

Well, They were a bit late but called so that was not an issue. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. And, they were very reasonably priced.

It went great! Our vents have been thoroughly cleaned for the first time and we can now rest easy knowing our “new” 40 yr old home has been brought up to a cleaner standard. One of the employees appeared to be overly exhausted and was dozing off while vacuuming right in front of me. He was not the supervisor and I don’t know if the supervisor knew it kept happening. I would have requested the holes they made in our virgin venting be made in a conspicuous area instead of right above our living area over the sofa in the basement. We had an unblemished vent that now has two, aluminum taped squares. I know the holes need to be made, but it would have been nice for them to ask if the location mattered to us. The owner of the company, Bob, was very responsive and made sure our appointment was made according to our needs and has a flat fair price in comparison to other companies that nickel and dime you on every detail.

I had scheduled an appointment for services to be performed 11/11/2019. When I asked for an email to confirm the verbal price and proof of Liability, the owner went berserk saying his word was Gold. He is retired fireman . I told him I didn't know him. Thank him for his time and said good bye.

Here's the deal--I would've rated them an A. However, my wife's wedding band was stolen when they were unsupervised upstairs. Very disappointed. My wife called the owner, he was genuinely mad that his workers would do something like that. Even had them empty their pockets at the end of the day. Still, that won't get my wife's ring back. Pretty sad when you can't trust someone to come into your house and perform a service without ripping you off. If you do use them, beware!! Either lock your stuff up or follow them wherever they go and keep them in your sight at all times!!

I’m not sure how to rate them but buyer beware. Our house is 15 years old and we never had the grout cleaned. It was black in many places. I had used Kwik Dry to clean my upholstery and the guy showed me a video of the machines making the grout look brand new. That is what I thought I’d be getting for $1,300. The Master Bath turned out fine, but the kitchen and hearth room looked almost the same as they were before it was cleaned. I called them and asked them to come back, and they did, but we’re only able to improve it a little bit. The grout still looked dark. He told me some stains will not come out. While I feel like they did their bast, I wish I knew it would not look brand new like the video he showed me. If I had known, I would not have paid that much to do it. If you’re thinking of having it done, try scrubbing some high traffic areas yourself first. If you can’t get the grout clean, they won’t be able to either and you’ll just waste your money.

They came on time and did the job well. I was very satisfied. It is nice to have clean carpet now.

I got a Big Deal $149 for whole house cleaning, it took a couple days for Bob to schedule with me. He told me what the price will be with stairs and adding additional chemicals for cleaning. I got a call on the scheduled day that they finished previous job earlier and if it's Ok to come earlier. Young men Bobby and his teammate came and explained what and how they will do to clean the carpet, and what will come off and what possibly not. Bobby said that he will try his best to 110% to ensure the work. The carpet did come out good. He also sprayed enzyme on a yellow spot which was hard to clean. other hard to clean spots were lightened as well. I am happy with the results although there were still some spots couldn't get off. They are professional and nice people to work with. I have already referred Kwik Dry to my agent and other friends.

Excellent! They were courteous and efficient. I have used the same crew each time I have used Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning, but this time I had a new crew. Bob Giese, owner, explained that I would have a new crew before they came. They did a wonderful job!

When I initially spoke with the owner to arrange services, he was very nice & reassuring that my carpet & sofa cleaning needs would be satisfactory. He gave me a price that was not honored upon completion of services. It was higher upon completion due to extra chemicals used. My loft area looks the same and the stains are still there. My one sofa still has the spots I was concerned about. When I called to discuss after, he said he'd send someone to redo these areas. He was very defensive of the situation and told me that his services were the best and no one could do better. The technician arrived and said there was nothing he could do to fix these issues. He sprayed some chemicals again & told me Good luck. He said some of the stains, if they truly were crystal light would disappear. I know that's exactly what they are & they look the same after" his magic stain remover "was applied. Wow, I felt that I was mislead and confronted as these were my fault and I don't have realistic expectations. We work hard to clean any stains left on our carpet when they happen with hot water & vinegar only. I clean frequently. I spent lots of money and the only area improved were my steps. I would never trust this company again. They tried to make me feel that I was asking too much to have clean carpets & furniture. I paid lots of money for poor services and was told over & over- they are the best company.

This is the only carpet cleaner that I would use. Stains are gone. Grout in kitchen tiles is now girt free.

This cleaning gave my carpet a whole new life!! Looks brand new! I had other caret cleaners in the past, and they far exceed any of them! I would highly recommend them!!

BUYER BEWARE!! The Angies list deal was $149 for whole house clean. Too good to be true but I had a client who needed carpet cleaning and I was paying for it. It was a bait and switch. Bob right away told me how successful he is and named a lot of clients, continued to brag on himself. At first conversation he said the steps would be extra. Right away, $40 more. He then called when he got to the job and I was with a client and didn't answer. My cell phone did not have service in the area in which I worked today. I intended to call him with payment the next day. He took it upon himself to add scoops of degrease at $10 a scoop and cleaned another set of stairs, not authorized because they needed it. When I questioned the fact that the Angies list deal was for $149 and my final bill was for $259 he yelled at me to "answer your phone!" and "read the fine print" He then proceeded to tell me that he would not do another job for me and became quite abusive. He began trying to tell me how he did me a favor and a great job and I told him I needed to go because I had a call coming in and he said "Oh you don't have time for me" At this point, I hung up and took the call, blocked him and sent him a text saying I would pay him in the morning when he calmed down, I do not expect abuse from professionals and have every intention of paying him his bait and switch price but do not use him unless you are okay with being abused and taken advantage of.

I have three young children and our carpets are off-white, not a good combination. We have the guys come once a year, (probably should do it more often) to do a thorough cleaning. They are always polite and professional.
