They did a fine job. We paid extra to get the steps done, 2 flights of stairs. They did fine. There were a few stubborn stains that didn’t come out but I didn’t expect they would. We just asked them to clean carpets and they did and they are cleaner than they were.

They did an excellent job. I had a few tough areas and they did an amazing job lifting the stains. Very professional, explained process beforehand and were done in less than 2 hours.

George was friendly, responsive, and highly efficient. The whole process was much faster than conventional steam cleaning and, in the end, better.

They were on time, efficient, and the floor looks good.

Except for Kwik Dry not knowing about my purchase through Angie's List, all went well.

This company did a deep cleaning and 2 coats of polyurethane on my hardwood floors Thursday. Holy cow! It looks amazing! I am so impressed with the outcome. The 2 gentlemen that came to the house were so polite and professional. I was home alone with my toddler which is always a little nerve rattling for me. These guys were so tender hearted though I was completely at ease while they worked inside my home. I just noticed the little Christian fish symbol at the bottom of the business card they gave me. Bob must definitely be a Christian owner that passes his great morals to his employees! If you need something, call this guy! Kudos!

Job well done. Thorough and left work area clean. Also had them clean a bathroom tile grout. They did an amazing job, much better than others hired before. Would hire them for other jobs.

That was good! They came out when they said they would and did a good job. The staff was very nice. I thought they were professional and courteous.

Although the two gentlemen who did the work were very nice and up-selled ~$65 of extra special spot cleaning solutions during the cleaning, when it came to pay, they said that i owed $100 for the stairs. I told them Bob said $40 and we called Bob. Bob was very rude and defensive and started explaining how stairs only included one flight and additional charges were applied for a 2 story and then since we had a "T" stair case, that was an additional charge... i felt bad that his two employees had to hear him go off on the phone. Ultimately, he took $25 off of $100 stair bill and i just wanted him off of the phone. I apologized to his employees but they say this happens quite a bit. What i hoped would be a "deal" and some nice carpets for about $150 ended up costing about $300. I would NOT recommend Bob and Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning .

The workers were great and the floors look wonderful. I was afraid the entryway would be to worn to benefit from the service, but they were willing to try and I'm very happy with the results. I plan to hire them to do the same to my living room floor.

They were very quick and recommended that it be done every five years. We will call them, when we need to clean our vents in a couple of years.

Well. It doesn't look like new, but tile and grout are much better.
