Bob (owner) was very responsive to calls re: scheduling. My appt was for 2-2:30 on Saturday and Michael S called about 1:45 to let me know he was in route. He was polite and efficient. Chairs looked great when he finished. Will definitely call them again for rug cleanings.

Bob is a really nice guy. They are always on time and call if they is a problem with scheduling. I've had a lot of flood work and they are very accommodating.

Did a good job. But a lot of up selling. Paid 160$. For the whole house through Angie's list charged additional $80 for stairs and $100 for area rug. And more money for other things. Went from a reasonable expense to a costly job. They were late but did call. The carpets took a long time to fry even with the fans going, over a day.

Was very pleased. The fellow was on time, courteous, very professional and performed an excellent job of cleaning our carpets.

Areas that other carpet cleaner company had told me were worn traffic areas came clean. Don't even see the traffic areas now. Had pet stains that are now gone!

This was a $149 big deal purchase. They do very well. I purchased it twice. They are just right on top of everything.

The technicians were punctual, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job and I used them because of prior experience, and I will continue using them for my carpet cleaning needs.

Service provider was clean, professional, and polite. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend and will likely have the same service in a couple of years.

I purchased the whole house cleaning special from Angie's List, so all of the carpets in the house were included for this one low price. Chairs and stairs were extra. I spoke with the owner, Bob, to schedule my appointment; he was very friendly and answered all of my questions.The day of the cleaning, the guys (both named Mike I believe) were prompt and courteous. I have two large dogs that make a mess, so our carpets were quite dirty, as were 4 of my chairs. All of the muddy dog footprints are gone and I couldn't be happier! Everything looks great. They gave me a small bottle of their stain remover free of charge, which I'm sure I will use in the near future. This was my first time using Kwik Dry and would definitely use them again.

Pretty good. We had an appointment that had to get cancelled because the machine broke down. Unfortunately I didn't find out about it until I was down to my last piece of furniture that had to be removed but I understand things happen once they did show up everything went smoothly Steve and Michael couldn't have been more professional they did some excellent work

My wood floors look brand new! It's been several days and they still look great. The guys did a fantastic job, they literally cleaned every nook and cranny by hand as if it were their own home. Highly recommend!!!

It went very well. The two gentlemen--Mike and Mike--showed up on time. They were courteous and did a good job of explaining what they were going to do before they began. We had a question about the type of cleaning solvent they were planning to use, as we have small children, and they were able to answer knowledgeably. They actually got out every stain, which I was impressed with. There were a couple of stains--and they informed ahead of time that it might happen this way--that didn't come out completely until a few days after. They used a special solvent that continued to work days after and did the trick. At my request, Mike did a walkthrough of every room, rug and upholstery cleaned at the conclusion of their work. They paid attention to detail and were courteous--fleeting attributes in many service providers these days. I'll be calling on them again in the future.

They did a great. I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Service went well and was very speedy. Bob and Mike kept trying to upsell me while here, which I declined. Bob was very friendly but a little too familiar and chatty for my personality.

I could not have been more pleased. I rated punctuality as a "C" because they were later than scheduled. HOWEVER, not only did they apologize for this - the boss (owner of the company) and his office manager JOINED the scheduled crewman to get the job done late on a Friday afternoon! Unbelievable! I would have rated "responsiveness" above with an A+++ if possible. We had 3 Kwik Dry trucks parked in front our new home and a 3-man crew who courteously and professionally got the job done. The men joked with our grandchildren, monitored their equipment so that cords weren't in our way as we measured rooms for furniture placement, cleaned up water spots from our hardwood floors as noticed after the job was done, and worked quickly and efficiently so that there was time for everything to be dry by move-in time the next day. By 1 pm Saturday, grandkids were sitting on the clean carpets playing on their various devices while the adults moved in. It was a good feeling to know everything was clean and sanitized. I will hire Kwik Dry Carpet again in a heartbeat. Thank you Mr. Bob Giese, it was a pleasure to meet you and your crew.

Fantastic job. Floor looks new. Will be hiring them for carpet cleaning, as well!

It went well. I will use them again but next time I will have the floor sanded instead of just cleaned.

It turned out very very good. I've used different services over the years, that was the best one I ever had. The owner was really nice. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional, more than I've ever worked with. We've been with them for about ten years.

It was fine. They came out and did what they had to do. They cleaned it up. I am not sure if its my carpet, or the company I didn't see a difference in the carpet. They did the job. I just didn't see a big difference in my carpet. If you wanted to get scotch guard and sanitizing, it was extra. They were courteous and stuff, the extra stuff we needed. They give you the package, and will you on other stuff. Kind of bad for business. They were nice. That is the bulk of it. I think maybe lay out there is other services for extra charges, that includes. Not throw out the charges, that make you not want to pay. Sanitize or scotch guard. That would keep the customer coming back, and a good deal., Not shampooing it, kind of like a rug doctor kind of things. They were pretty professional. They came in the house, being courteous with me giving them directions. Based on quality not so much, but the were nice. I don't think I would, because of how my carpets didn't show a difference.

Kwick Dry did an excellent job cleaning all we requested. The kitchen tile and grout were especially dirty. They look almost brand new at 12 yrs old. Kwick Dry were prompt, efficient, and completed the job quickly. This is about the fourth time we've used their services and will continue to do so.

They came early after calling to make sure it was okay. Both workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and quickly did the job. They were done within 1-1/2 hours. I am very pleased with the results. The floor looks almost new.
