Description of Work: Air duct cleaning- Very proffessional,and friendly. Did a thorough inspectons of my home , and all of the ducts beore cleaning. He told me what to expect and spent what I consider a very adequate amount of time cleaning our air ducts. The also cleaned our dryer out duct for free. | | |I would definitely use thier services again! Very satisfied!

Description of Work: Great price and value. They went above and beyond their responsibility of moving stuff around while we were renovating bathroom. I would use them again. I would not recommend their pet deodorizer spray. Not worth the extra 60 bucks for sure!

Description of Work: I purchased a $144 Big Deal for 350 sq. ft. of Tile and Grout Cleaning! They cleaned a kitchen breakfast area. I would give them a B+ if I could.

Description of Work: They washed and refinished our wood floors. We hadn't done anything to the floors in seven years, so they were pretty bad. They paid special attention to the areas that were well-worn. The floors look fantastic now!

Description of Work: Never did the job -told me he was mad because I gave an honest rating on his floor refinishing which never happened because he said I needed it to be screened (a different process which he didn't do) but blamed it on me needing to reschedule twice --although HE rescheduled twice as well. Bottom line -nothing got done.

Was told the carpet would look better due to spray they used in |certain areas but that did not happen. Overpriced for job.

They spent some extra time on a pet stain that had seeped deep into our nearly unfinished wood floors, and now it's hardly noticeable! We are very pleased and would gladly use their services again.

My only reason for marking Responsiveness with "B" is because the owner offered to share the names of some general contractors that could help me with carpet repair and a painting project but he never called me back with that info.

Description of Work: Very professional and punctual. We have a two-story home with five animals. (Yes five!) Our carpets were in serious need of a good cleaning. Mike explained the procedure and then I showed him areas that needed special treatment. He did a very thorough job on our carpets and was able to get one trouble area amazingly clean. There was another stain in one of our second floor bedrooms. I didn't think he would be able to do anything with that. Another company tried and failed. Mike was able to remove almost all of that stain too. He even left us a small bottle of carpet cleaning fluid to use on the occasional hairball stains. (I've had to use it twice since the carpets were cleaned ... it works like a charm.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning. I was VERY pleased with the final results of our carpets! They looked almost brand new! We plan on using them in the future to clean our tile and grout in the kitchen. They even polish and seal granite counter tops. I'll be checking into that also!. I'm so glad we tried Kwik Dry!!!

Description of Work: On time. Went well. Cleaned 2 leather sofas, 1 fabric sofa, 1 leather chair and ottoman, and one upholstered chair. Did great! Got blood stains out from my dogs' bones.....awesome!

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the wall to wall carpets in a 2400 sf house including stairs and were able to get out all of the stains. They also cleaned 2 area rugs and a chair. They were fast but thorough and were very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 1800 sq ft of carpet cleaned for $167. They were quick to call to get service scheduled and were extremely punctual when they arrived to perform the service. I ended up adding a sectional couch cleaning and the cleaning of an additional flight of stairs and Scotchguard to all the carpets. So, in the end the service ended up being more like $400, but I am happy with the results. Very polite and friendly! I would recommend.

Description of Work: We originally asked Quik Dry to clean our granite countertops and then to also clean a few pet stained carpets. The cost was reasonable for both services and we were pleased with both cleanings. The owner of the company was friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Bob and his team cleaned 2 rooms of off-white carpet and a flight of stairs. We had some pet stains that wouldn't come out with our spot cleaner and Quik Dry made our carpets look as good as new. They were friendly, efficient and even did a follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied with their work. We would definitely use them again.
