Description of Work: Came to my home, cleaned the vents and the carpets. The two gentleman that came were very nice and seemed to do a good job. It was a new home so I wasn't familiar with where the stains were, but I could tell some came up. My husband witnessed them clean out the trap and said it was a significant amount of dirt. The job took longer than expected, but I think that had more to do with my inability to give a good estimate of the number of vents and carpet square footage. At the end of the day we would use them again and I would refer them to our friends.

Kwik Dry engaged us the same day we made the purchase. They were patient while we worked out the scheduling. Once scheduled they arrived promptly. And the result is that we have nice clean carpets once again. All in all good service, great price, and positive results.
