Description of Work: The contractor came on time and was very polite and courteous. They steam cleaned the carpets of the entire house. Although the heavy furniture is not moved around, it is not my concern anyway because the dirty area are not underneath the furniture. They heavy traffic area from the kitchen to living room was very dirty and came out very nice afterwards. Some other areas like underneath the plant pot, the rusty colored ring was cleaned out very well. There are a few brown spots won't completely come off, but it is understandable. Overall, I am satisfied with KWIK. I will definately use them again.

Description of Work: Expert carpet cleaners! All aspects of their service was performed in a most professional manner; explanation of what they would do, care in relocating furniture and raising curtains to allow maximum access to carpet, noting small stains requiring their use of a highly effective enzyme-based cleaner, and making sure we were satisfied with their work before leaving. They were an A+ team.

Description of Work: They are very courteous and attentive. However my high traffic areas were not as clean as I hoped and the steps were wetter than the other areas. I'd encourage buyers to inspect the work before the technician leaves to be sure you're completely satisfied
