Description of Work: A guy came in to clean the carpets. He was efficient and professional. He did a great job. The tan carpet in our son's bedroom was in terrible shape-- extremely dirty, almost consistent patchy black. We paid extra $20 to have an extra chemical put on it. Amazing results!! It looks great and back to the original color. Well worth the extra cost.

They cleaned up after themselves even with the sloppy winter weather. We are extremely pleased with the results. | |We did pay additional for the Scotch Guard protection and a second set of stairs, but we discussed this in advance of the work starting with Bob. The added cost was very reasonable. | |I would hire them again.
