Description of Work: They not only cleaned my carpets but at a great price cleaned my (2) area rugs. They also gave me advice of how to have my laminate floors deep cleaned and put a protective finish over them to last a few years. Which I intend to do.

Guess they regularly charge $250 or more per hour. | |A lot of time spent talking up their results and great reviews and less time actually really trying to deep clean the granite and bathroom tile. | |Conclusion: I could have done what they did in 45 minutes for $20 worth of product. | |My counters and tile looked the same as before within a few days.

Description of Work: I bought a new house and had the carpets cleaned before I moved anything in. I talked to the owner to schedule the appointment and he was very nice and able to get me scheduled on the day I needed. The day of, the technician called to inform me he was headed my way, which was nice. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30-12 and I think he got to my place about 12:30-12:45, which was not an issue for me. There were a couple spots on the carpet I was concerned with, which he was not able to get out. The technician was very nice and informative. I just feel like the quality of service could have been better

Description of Work: Bob came and did a fantastic job cleaning a huge 3rd floor area in my home, even getting out a stain that we weren't sure what it was :) He added on cleaning a traffic area on my 2nd floor, and two 4 x 6 small rugs without charging extra. Everything looks so good and smells fantastic. I would absolutely recommend him for carpet cleaning, excellent price and service.

Description of Work: Technician was very knowledgeable about types of stains and how likely they would be able to permanently remove them. I was convinced that he would do his best without any extra charges. He gave me a suggestion about how to quickly dry my carpet down to the pad where difficult old stains were present.
