Description of Work: We have a new puppy in the house and white carpets. What were we thinking. Kwik Dry Carpet cleaning to the rescue. Our new puppy had left her mark on nearly every square foot of the carpet. Bob, the owner, came out and pre-treated every spot, stain, and smudge throughout our entire household. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and was there for the majority of the job. I would definitely recommend Kwik dry to any family or friend in need of their services.

Description of Work: The serviceman was very pleasant and came with lots of machinery attached to his truck. The $99 price tag was for four rooms or up to 1100 square feet of carpet. They counted my living/dining room as two rooms (total square feet less than 300). They counted the hallway as one room (total square feet precisely 42), they did my son's bedroom (total square feet 120) The total square feet they cleaned for the $99 price was 462, less than half the 1100 they stated they were willing to do for the price. They charged me $10 for a couple of small area rugs and another $10 for extra spot cleaning after they finished the job and told me it would take three days for the enzymes to break down the spots. |My carpet is less than two years old and wasn't dirty -- the job they did left the carpet looking pretty much the same as when they started -- it was like a good vacuuming job and no more. It's been a week since the enzymes were supposed to break down the four little spots they claimed the machinery didn't clean up and those spots (which were hardly visible before)are now more visible. I wish I had never contracted with them because my carpet looks less good today than it did before they arrived and I paid them $119 for this awful job. I did not contact them to come back and do a better job because I do not believe their methodology would yield that result. I would NEVER use them again!

Description of Work: They cleaned 8 rooms, and an extra rug I asked for on that day. I have pets and kids with significant stains in multiple rooms. They treated them all with an additional cleaning product for a very reasonable additional cost. The carpets all turned out very well. Very pleased with Kwik Dry.
