Bob was really nice and responsive. I had to cancel my initial appointment. He was more than understanding and helpful. The two guys that came to do the work were nice and efficient. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Went well. Crew showed up on time. They locked up the house when finished. However, I didn't see much improvement overall in the cleanliness of the carpets. They left a cleaning bottle to remove any remaining spots, but it only did a so so job.

They did a great job. They did a very good job. I have had never had any problems with them I've been very happy with them. That's why I call them back often. They charged me a little bit more than the $149 only because I had them include the steps. I really like them. The guys were really nice, They were on time. They do as quickly as possible but they make sure it looks nice. They did a great job.

Service was provided in a professional manner and I am happy with the result. I am not sure if the $600 price was a good one, but it was not prohibitive.

They were wonderful. Very, very pleased. I had some additional work done and bought some material from them, it was not a forced sale because I asked about it. They were very fair. They were reasonable in price, quality and performance and I couldn't be more pleased.

Michael was terrific. He cleaned the carpet in one bedroom, a stairwell and hallway. I was so happy with the result that I asked if he had time to do an additional area rug, which he did. Great job, and great person doing the work. I will definitely use them again.

The crew arrived on-time and were very professional. The team explained the how they would perform the cleaning, the chemicals used and how they could remove some or all of the marks and stains that had accumulated for years. The restored the two couches (including one big sectional) and a chair to an almost like-new clean. Also, during the process the pieces were being moved the crew showed us how their company also cleans and restores hardwood floors, and demonstrated by removing an old spill that had fallen between the couch sections. Great work!

Michael and Mike were absolutely perfect to work with, they showed up on time and were finished when they said they would be. A very professional job and two enjoyable, likable individuals to add to our list of recallable professionals.

I use them all the time. They were responsive. They were late getting there, really late. They were about 30-45 minutes late. They called and said they had something to go over and they got twisted around. A whole lot of stuff was going on and I was about to cancel. That was a long wait. They did a pretty decent job.

The actual service went great! Bob did try to cancel my visit bc two of his four trucks was out of order. I explained how important it was for him to be there for my sell and he made it happen. My only suggestion would be to not share so much with customers.

Fine. Did a very good job on the carpets. ONLY complaint is that they called too much after trying to sell more services and repeat service even after I told them we sold the property.

Two men showed up on the Friday we had scheduled (no re-scheduling). They were very pleasant and easy to talk to. The one that stayed in the house and did the actual cleaning (the other stayed outside with the truck and operated the equipment) was readily available to answer our many questions. He was enthusiastic and patient. He explained each step as he went along. The entire procedure was less than 2 hours for a couch cleaning and a 'fancy' chair. In fact, they did dry fairly quickly - we put our fans on as well. We paid them to clean our stairs - our choice. And what a difference it made! We were in awe the next morning when we came downstairs to see how much lighter our furniture was. And we still remark about the stairs. In fact, we've had guests over twice, just to show off our 'new' living room. Kwik Dry did us proud and themselves proud.

Was extremely impressed with the quality and the price. Very reasonable costs and everything was so much fresher after they were done. The cleaner was also very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what he would do to clean the items. I will definitely hire again for future cleaning needs. They also were finished in a very reasonable amount of time.

Michael and Michael arrived early, were professional, gave value-added services, and are coming back in two weeks to do tile, hardwood, and duct work including dryer vent. Would recommend to anyone!

Looks great where old surface finish was still present but did not help if old finish was lacking,that is, down to bare wood. This was mentioned before treatment was started but I was disappointed in the results on bare wood spots. Entirely my fault since pre-warrned, but I would not recommend if floor has bare wood spots. However periodically having surface cleaned and overcoated would help prevent bare spots and keep floors looking great.
