Description of Work: The purchase was for Carpet Cleaning via Angie's list. The deal specified it was for "Rooms, Hallways and Stairs up to 1800 square feet". When the tech arrived to perform the work, he attempted to bait-and-switch saying that both of our stairs were not included and I'd have to pay $40 more. Upset with this obvious bait-and-switch, I asked to speak with the owner/manager. The tech refused, saying he had no telephone or other way of getting a hold of him. He then proceeded to start hauling in equipment. A few minutes later, I received an irate call from the owner, saying he could not afford to do the work at that price and I'd have to pay extra for the two flights of stairs in my house. I said that wasn't the deal, he cussed at me and said I was "unprofessional". Shortly thereafter, the tech left. I attempted to get a refund through Angie's list, but they state since the work was "started" they could not refund the money. Clearly as no carpet
