There was one stain which they were unable to remove, but they warned me in advance that some older stains are very resistant to cleaning. They were able to lighten the stain considerably. | |Communication with the company was excellent. The technician arrived right on schedule and performed the work exactly as promised. | |Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
