Description of Work: I purchased a whole house carpet cleaning from Kwik Dry through Angie's List. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled. The gentleman doing the work was professional and courteous. The only extra charge was for the stairs which they explained to me when I scheduled. While it may not have been the best carpet cleaning, they definitely did a good job. The value for the price was exceptional!

Description of Work: Clean tile & grout on floors in 2 bathrooms & shower walls of one of those bathrooms. I honestly didn't see much difference. The company & workers were very professional but not sure it was worth the money for the approximately 1 hr. Of service.

Description of Work: I tried several times scheduling with Bob. The first time I had to reschedule so that was MY fault. After that though, I tried two-three times to schedule an appointment to get someone out. The first time Bob no-showed. Apparently his brother was in a car accident and he forgot to email me to schedule the appointment. After that, I was told someone would be by at a certain time. I received a call saying they would be there earlier so I rearranged my plans, only to not have them show up. Because I had to rearrange my plans, I was not able to wait for them to come. I told Bob to just forget about coming because I was aggravatged about waiting around more than once and being inconvenienced. I told him that it'd be nice for him to just refund me the money I paid since obviously scheduling was proving to be too difficult but the money was never returned. This honestly surprised me because even though I was frustrated with the waiting around, he had always been very pleasant on the phone. If my money is refunded I will change my rating, but right now that's how it stands.

Description of Work: We purchased the whole-house carpet cleaning from the Deals section. They were willing to work with us, trading a second flight of stairs for more square footage. They also offered Scotch Gard service at a reasonable price, which we took advantage of. They provided us with a spot remover that has been very helpful.
