Description of Work: Kwik dry came to my house and cleaned 450 sq ft of tile and 1100 sq ft of hardwood floors roughly, the ad for his description said an alternative to sanding and refinishing the floors and removing contaminants. |The job took 4 hrs and I was not expecting them to clean and seal. I have to say the floors look good but go buy a mop, bucket, and floor cleaner and you get the same results. I was under the impression that his work would be a little more extensive and remove more of the finish to clean any build up or debris just under the previous sealer. After all an alternative to refinishing the floors should be just that. |They use a floor cleaner about the size of a small push mower. It scrubbed the floors and that's it a glorified mop in my opinion the build up was still there and they resealed right over it with a rag. |Initially our conversation to schedule they mentioned for the slate tile that they would need to use a chemical to remove the sealer or else the cleaning didn't work, then he recommended not to seal it since it would be another process to remove it again to clean properly, my slate floors hadn't been sealed in several years so the finish was nearly gone anyway so I thought now would be a good time to have them professionally cleaned. So when they cleaned the slate they looked ok but he recommended I seal them in the next couple days before they have a chance to get any dirt on them? I did seal my slate floors within 2 days and they look great. But what happened to recommending me not seal them and let the special cleaner they use enhance the floor? The description is very misleading and therefore way overpriced. I believe you get what you pay for but no one likes to get less than they pay for. I will be fair and say it took me 2 reschedules since it took longer than expected to get some other house remodel jobs done before I could get them to come in he was very accommodating.

Description of Work: They cleaned all my carpet, including stairs, polyurethaned my entry way wood, polished my granite tops, cleaned my white coach and 4 kitchen chairs. Great job, this is my third use of this company and will continue to use them. Very Satisfied!

Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpets in my house plus high traffic areas and stairway. The gentleman was prompt, thorough, and very polite. The carpet looked beautiful when he was finished. Couldn't have been happier. Would definitely use Quik Dry Cleaning again!
