Description of Work: Worker was professional, but was unable to remove stains that I was told by other tile cleaning professionals that could be removed. Kwik Clean may not have the chemicals or capability to clean all stains. I believe what was done was acceptable, but expected more.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly. Cleaned upholstery. Did have to bring hoses in from truck and attach to outdoor water supply. Not the best in winter months.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in our larger-than-average house, both upper and lower levels, plus the stairs, one large area rug, and five small rugs. On our lower level carpet, which does not have a pad, we had numerous stains of unknown origin that another company, with a good reputation, had been unable to remove a few years earlier. We had no idea where those stains had come from, so we guessed it was from the glue holding the rug to the carpet. We thought the stains would be there forever. | |When the two Kwik Dry employees left, there were still some stains downstairs, but they were much smaller and lighter. The men left a bottle of spot cleaner and said to apply the spot cleaner after the carpets dried, and we might be able to remove the remaining stains completely. And after a few applications, that is exactly what happened. We ended up with stain-free carpets on both levels that looked great. | |Also, I called Bob to ask where I could get more of the spot remover, for a spot I was still working on and for spills in the future, and he delivered the bottles to my home. I recommend this company highly.
