Everything went very smooth, got an appt. sooner than expected, tech was right on time. Carpets looked great and dried pretty fast.

The furniture looks so fresh and clean again, and I could smell a difference when I came into the house! Not that they stink normally, but they definitely smelled freshly cleaned.

DON'T HIRE THIS COMANY! Working with this company was a nightmare! I hired them to clean carpets and upholstery. They damaged my newly refished hardwood floors and ruined a custom made sofa. When the damaged occured, the technician was very apologetic. He called the owner, who also apologized and promised to take care of everything. Four hours later, I received a call from the owner's wife telling me the damage was all my fault and that I was a liar and a cheat. They refused to take any responsibilty! Not what I would call a reputable, christian company!

They were professional and punctual, but the sofa did not look significantly different than when they arrived. In fact, it took quite awhile to dry and when it dried, I had puckers in the cushions. The arm of the sofa is still somewhat dirty.

It was excellent! The owner called me to set up the appointment initially. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. They were there on time the day of the service and did a fantastic job. My mother added the steps to the cleaning as well as the edging on a couch that her dog constantly rubs against. The gentleman was very professional and double checked with my mom to make sure everything was completed to her satisfaction. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again! Thank you!

That was excellent. They were excellent.

The floors look much better than before. I couldn't afford adding extra sq. Foot at their "regular price," so there are 2 awkward places where the new stained part tries to meet up with the older floors. There in the more hidden parts of our house though.

Experience was fine. There was an additional $20 or $25 to have it scotchguarded. The work was fine but I was disappointed that the offer I bought was for much more carpet than I have. I really paid for more work than they were able to do. I overpaid. They did a good job. Just dismayed that I had purchased a package that wasn't appropriate for my house.

I would give them A's all the way around. It was wonderful. They were really good and they were fast.

Service was great! We were on a tight schedule to get everything done between closing and move in. They worked with us to fit us in at a convenient time. They were on time that morning and very meticulous. We had bought a Big Deal for the carpet cleaning and then added on steam cleaning a glider with white fabric that my son had drawn on with pen. The stain was removed and the glider looked great. Would definitely use again.

They're friendly, quick, thorough. It's a good price, I'm okay with paying the price.
