Description of Work: They cleaned my floors. The service providers came in and clarified my expectations. Then they got right to cleaning my floor. When I needed extra assistance with moving the furniture the provider lent and helping hand.

Description of Work: They pretreated and steam cleaned my carpet. It was also treated with scotch guard to block future stains. I was pleased with the work done in my house I used an Angie's list coupon for the service which included all the carpet in my house for $149. The extra service for scotch guard was $70 which was an optional charge. Overall they worked really hard and did a good job.

Description of Work: Bob and Mike did a great job cleaning and sealing my ceramic tile floors. They stayed as long as it took to do the job right and did a great job. I felt like Bob was an honest, hard-working person. I even went ahead and scheduled carpet cleaning for the future.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for tile and grout cleaning. Bob returned my call and I told him the flooring people had not sealed the grout in our kitchen, bath, and laundry room and as a result our grout was filthy despite all the products I had used on it. We set up an appt for the following week for cleaning and sealing the grout. It turned out great! Our grout hasn't been this clean since we had the floor installed. Bob and Jared did a great job and we were so pleased with the outcome. He also told me about some of the other services he provides and I know I will be calling him for several of these in the future.

Description of Work: Bob Giese came out to my house with all of his equipment. After a few minutes it was determined that my grout had been sealed and unable to be cleaned. Bob asked about furniture cleaning but my sofa was due to be replaced the following month. I did call and speak with him today. He agreed to the refund based on the fact that despite all their efforts I had nothing else that matched the services they could provide. Bob was very accomodating he came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon. But the tile in my 1930's house is just in such horrible condition.

Description of Work: Kwik Clean came right one time. Making an appt with a breeze. The owner was very friendly. He and another person cleaned my kitchen tiles. There was a slight confusion over math calculation, but easily solved. The furnitures were moved out of the area that needed cleaning, but I did have to ask for them to move the furniture back. Not a big deal, either. He happily did it. The area cleaned looked clean enough to eat off afterwards. There was a spot missed, but it was impossible to tell when the tiles were still wet. I did not contact him to notify him, as I was perfectly satisfied with the job. Will definitely have him come back and do the rest of the tiles and marbled areas.
