Professional form start to finish! Mr. Andy Bozdech left no stone unturned. We met Andy and the designer to discuss what we wanted in our home. We wanted a home that was inviting and peaceful! As soon as you enter the front door you enter a nice open wide hallway which invites you into a spacious family room. Beautiful modern gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, large windows and breathe taking "Character Hickory Natural" flooring. Open design breakfast room and spacious kitchen. Three bedrooms and two full bathes with custom tile, custom designed vanities, mirrors and light fixtures made by me the owner. Andy and I worked closely on this home as, I was a contractor in "Soulard". Ron, his lead carpenter is, one of the best I have ever witnessed. I would highly recommend Bozdech Custom Homes for any building project. We had a building project done by Bozdech that was very, very custom, and we could not be happier with the end result. I wanted to build an addition to my son and his wife’s home as a mother-in-law quarters, and we wanted to join the two houses with a sunroom between. There were many possible hurtles to overcome, but with Andy Bozdech’s years of experience and expertise, it all was just no problem at all! On his website he has displayed some of his impressive and large building accomplishments, but he also does any size job. Andy is easy to work with. From the beginning, he was helpful in saving us money. He suggested we use a draftsman that he works with to help us with our design instead of an architect. This saved us thousands of dollars. Andy is exceptionally prompt, and he is always available by email, text, or phone. (Before we began the process, I emailed Andy to see if he would still be available to build for me. I had been waiting for my home to sell first. He was on vacation in Europe when he received my email, and he called me from there!!) His prices are competitive, and his workmanship is excellent. He works very, very efficiently. All our friends and acquaintances were extremely impressed with his speed and quality. One of the things about Bozdech Custom Homes that I REALLY appreciated, was that after the roof was on, I could still come and decide where exactly I wanted room partitions if I wanted to make any changes! Andy works with a person to whatever degree they want! He also allowed me to shop around for my own kitchen cabinets and vanities wherever I wanted to. But the single most important thing about Andy Bozdech is that he is impeccably honest and professional. My son and daughter-in-law and I sensed that before we ever signed the contract. That to me, meant more than his exceptional quality and efficiency. I could trust him. And he will not quit until his clients are happy. Though I had never heard of Bozdech custom homes before I got onto the St. Charles County Builders’ website, I feel that we now have a real friend in the building business.
