Todd arrived, promptly, at the scheduled time. He listened attentively, as I explained my need to provide shelter for my two outdoor dogs, during this summer's extreme heat. Specifically, I asked Todd to strategize options for reducing the heat in my garage. I showed Todd the garage, and he offered several approaches to my goal. One idea involved installing a "stand-alone" air conditioner. After I decided the plan seemed most feasible, Todd kindly used his phone to access a building supply store's, website. He showed me the correct size coolers, to meet my needs, and knowingly discussed various brands. When I selected a cooler, Todd called the store to see if it had one in stock. Only two units were left. (Air conditioners were flying off the shelves, in light of the oppressive heat!). Todd arranged for the store to hold one of the air conditioners and said he would pick it up, within an hour. I paid the store, via charge card on the phone, and Todd immediately left to pick up the unit. Upon his return, Todd quickly, yet very efficiently, installed the air conditioner (which required venting its out-take hose through a window). Not only did Todd perform work , for me, but he first assisted me in considering various ways to meet my need. I greatly appreciated Todd's insight and problem-solving abilities, as I had no idea how to provide safety from the heat, for my dogs! I'd been using fans, but they became ineffective, as the daily high temperatures increased. Todd greatly alleviated my stress and concern, for my dogs, by successfully creating and implementing a plan to make the garage comfortable for my dogs! Additionally, Todd independently noted my wooden walk-through garage door stuck, and planed the door, . It was a kindness, on his part, for which he wanted no pay. I highly recommend Sampson Construction, and am in the process of using Todd's company again, to install exterior doors. (This is no easy task, on my 113-year-old house that is, to put it mildly, out-of-squeare!).
