They came out the same day I called them, checked it, fixed it and cleaned up after themselves. They also looked at our plumbing overall and suggested some upgradings we haven't done yet. They were very polite.
Description of Work: They fixed an issue I had where the kitchen sink wouldn't drain properly. They snaked it all the way out.

The man assigned to repair my toilet was very professional and appeared to take the task seriously. He explained everything that he was doing; and was quite professional about his approach. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. He was clean and neat, articulate, and left the bathroom quite clean. He answered questions about some other trouble spots in my home, but did not try to pressure me into having the work done immediately. The young lady who answers the phone at Ruengert is very pleasant and helpful also.
Description of Work: I had a leaking toilet that needed a new seal. Be aware, I have a home owner's warranty and this company was assigned to do the job. They were the same company assigned to fix something for me one year ago, and I was quite satisfied then also. The toilet was re-sealed and I am happy with the results. The cost is the amount I am expected to pay based on my contract with the home warranty program; I am not sure what the total plumbing repair would have cost otherwise. There are about three phone numbers for this company, but I assume all get you to the same location.

They did not fix the leak or change the hoses. This was noticed as we were walking through the house with my contractor. As a result, a vanity was damaged and had to be removed because of mold. It was damaged beyond repair and could not be salvaged. The fiber board was flaking off. This was an active leak. My contractor had to remove it as my son is highly allergic to mold. We were not living in the home, so we could not have caused the problem. They are trying to blame my contractor for a leak that was never fixed to begin with. I have tried to speak with them about it. When they finally came out, they informed me that the "boss" told me that they did not have to change the hoses, and just shut off the water. When I spoke to the boss, he would not allow them to even change the hoses. The boss was being very rude and unreasonable.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix a leak.
