 + -1 moreWe hired Kyle for move in carpet cleaning. We paid extra for deodorizing services. Since he has been gone we have noticed a new mildew smell that was not in our home before. We tried to mitigate it ourselves but were unable to. We left Kyle a voicemail explaining the situation and asked for him to come back and help fix it or refund for the deodorizer. We have not heard a peep from him since the day he cleaned. This was over a week ago.

 + -1 moreUnable to keep time as person was double booked. Super Expensive disinfectant and scotchgard treatment. Most importantly the guarantees given on the scotchgard application changed after the person received the money. The deal included deep scrubbing but was not performed. The guy who came had no idea about the deal and was trying to sell everything as an extra even things mentioned in the deal. Feels like rip off. Will not recommend using them

 + -1 moreFirst of all, let me say that Kyle Michler is a really nice, honest, and decent man. I was apprehensive about anyone coming in to clean my carpets because I had heard horror stories of companies ripping you off. Not so with Phoenix Cleaning. Kyle gave me quotes upfront and that price did not change! His work was of the highest quality. My upstairs neighbor had toilet and pipe issues which unfortunately leaked all over my bedroom and closet. The smell was so horrific that it triggered my asthma and gave me headaches. After Kyle was finished, it looked and smelled like new! No more disgusting sewage smell! The entire carpet looks brand new in every room! I will definitely keep Kyle and his Phoenix Cleaning as my permanent carpet cleaners!
Description of Work: Deep cleaned traffic areas of carpet, three rooms, plus sanitized and deep cleaned a bedroom and closet where upstairs neighbor's pipes had burst and stained the carpet.
