Had floors refinish and they turned out better than I could have imagined

It went great. I was actually going to replace the entire first floor of wood floors because they'd been treated so poorly before we moved in (we knew the history). There were places that we knew would not be perfect (hah!) but what they did was so beautiful, you don't mind a place here and there that now show its character. They did the work while we were out of town and had to rush a bit, so there's a place or two they didn't get to replace a block of wood. He had to leave town for a sick relative and hasn't gotten back to me - and it's been awhile - but the rest of the floor came out so beautifully, I couldn't give them a B overall. I did give a B on responsiveness just because of not getting back to me to finish the additional work - which I would need to pay for.

Grant with Lammert Flooring is wonderful. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows. They were quick to get a bid together and his communication was great especially in January with inclement weather issues that arose. They showed up on time everyday and even made up for lost time from weather to get the job completed on schedule. He is very professional and even told us how to remove the existing floor ourselves to save money on them doing the demo. I will certainly have him back to help with other projects.

We bought a house, that needed all the wood floors (living room, dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen, aprox 1000sft) refinished. Grant came out and gave an estimate; his quote was not the lowest, but it was comparable to others and we felt his work and craftsmanship would be better - and our floors turned out beautiful! It was nice to have the person giving us the quote also do the work. We were living out of town during the work, and needed someone we could trust to perate profesionally without supervision. Grant is personal, professional, attentive to detail, and hightly talentedd at what he does. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Called they gave an estimate within two days. Waited while we got other bids. Called them and set a date about two weeks away. We moved the furniture on Sunday evening. Monday morning they arrived at 8:00 am sharp. After they unloded the equipment. The guy started sanding once they were unloaded. Finished the first room sanding about noon called us in and showed some colors and we picked out a stain once we saw it on the floor. Finished the sanding and first coates on Monday. Came back on tuesday and did the last coat. We could move furniture after 24 hrs. They did not come on Wednesday as we had to move furniture and it was agreed that they would come back on Thurdsay and start on the other room. They showed up on thursday promptly and did the same to the other room they finished on Friday and Saturday we were able to put the furniture back in the room. Was very fast.

Aaron came and assessed the situation, found replacement wood with the same color. Scheduled a day to do the repairs. The water damage had occurred in front of a french door, that had been left open or not closed all the way during rain. There were also a few panels damaged in the center of the room by the dogs' nails (great danes). Aaron showed up promptly. The job was complicated due to the previous owners using glue instead of nails on the flooring. A lot of glue. The job took a lot longer than originally thought, but Aaron kept at it. He charged me the same price as the estimate, even though it took nearly twice the time. The floor looks great. I'm going to have them come and polish the floor before I put it on the market. Great job, Aaron!

My husband and I bought a house that needed everything done from flooring to walls. My husband recieved the name Lammert's flooring business card from a class mate, so we checked them out, and the owner Grant came to our house and walked thru with us and listened to us while we told him what we were wanting. After we were done Grant gave us an estimate on all of our floors to be done, which included labor. Not only was Grant friendly but you could just tell by speaking to him that he knew what he was talking about. We also had three other estimates which Lammert's was from $500.00 to $1000.00 dollars cheaper than the other estimates. Lammert's was the only company that would do our floors before christmas which was a huge deal to us because we were having family over. Lammert's associates worked very well along side my wall guy's, so that I could have it all done around the same time before christmas. My husband and I absolutely love our new floors and are extremely happy with the floors and the friendly service we recieved with Lammert's flooring. We would deffinetly highly recommend Lammert's flooring to anyone needing floor's done or refinished.
