We called Jerry after we waited 2 days for a non-Angie's list plumber to show up. We called Jerry on a Friday afternoon and he said he could be here the next day and told us that his Saturday rates were the same as his week-day rates! Jerry was great. He showed up on time and he worked all day long and got everything fixed/installed/set up.

He got under the house in crawl space, dug up water line and repaired for 250.00. Everything went smooth. I was worried and had my doubts because I didnt know him but he was referred to me and I will make sure if any of my friends need a plumber that I will recommend him to them.

There was a funny smell emanating from my basement. He said it was coming from a pipe that was not joined properly. He had to put a joiner for it. He found out where the smell was coming from and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. His personality was great and he seemed very reputable too. He knew the codes and knew what was standard. He explained things to me and explained the different options that I had. I really liked him.

First call stated he was too busy to give an estimate in person & would have to do it over the phone. I stated what I thought were the required lengths & materials, etc. & the quote was around $1300, provided there would not be a lot of stuff in the way that he would have to work around. When he arrived and looked at the job, he left without saying a word for 1 hour. He later returned, came to the door and said, "Look, I can't do it for what I quoted because the lengths you told me were not right, I needed 30-40 feet more pipe & materials that I just got back from buying for $300." I agreed then to the new estimate of $1500. The work was completed same day. Jerry called several days later to arrange for plumbing inspection & stated he didn't think the anchors used for the pipe would pass inspection, so changed those out on another day, no extra charge. The work itself was done according to plan and all is well, except one valve is impossible to turn by hand.
