Jaymes was able to book my appointment promptly, he completed the cleaning quickly and thoroughly. He went above and beyond, replacing and tightening some screws that were missing or loosened. There was no additional charge. Jaymes was very personable and professional and communication all throughout the process was excellent. I am already planning to use Bright Box again for power washing.
