+ -1 moreCommunication was perfect! We even got a follow-up call to make sure everything was working out. Usually these kind of things can be scary to deal with, but this was a breeze. I can't recommend her enough. A+ all the way.
Description of Work: Our fridge stopped cooling, and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Provider gathered info about our fridge model, researching common issue with our model. She discovered that the issue was a burnt out fuse. She replaced it and now our fridge works better than ever!
