 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the work. When I called Tracy, he came on short notice and systematically checked all the areas on that circuit until he found the problem and resolved it. He was very thorough in determining the source of the problem since there were no obvious causes. I was very pleased with the work that he did and appreciate the fact that he is trustworthy and reliable. I've had him do work at my house on 3 or 4 other occasions, and was always very happy with the quality of the work.
Description of Work: I needed an electrician because a circuit breaker had tripped and would not reset without tripping again. There were several lights that were out, but the source of the problem was not obvious because there had been no noticable problem. The various switches were each isolated to check to see whether each was the source of the problem. Tracy also went up in the attic to check on whether a raccoon had damaged the wiring when it had gotten into the attic earlier this year. After systematically checking every switch, he was able to find the problem and resolve it.

 + -1 moreGreat! He's licensed & insured. He was a journeyman. His price was right!
Description of Work: I asked Tracey to give me an estimate on installing a weather-proof receptacle on the patio so I don't have to use extension cord outside. I hired him to install it with its own dedicated circuit panel. The nice thing was that the ceiling fan light was not working and I asked him if he could fix that while he was there and he did. He only charged me $30.00 for that.
