Ozark Mountain Country Pest Control Inc

When we bought our home ten years ago, we knew that there had been termites. But the house had been treated and repairs made. We continued with termite inspections for two more years after purchase until the local pest control company went out of business. I thought it was time for an inspection. The Inspector from Ozark Mountain Country Pest Control performed a visual inspection and did not see any evidence of active termites. However, three weeks later when the exterior of my house was being painted, live termites were found in three different areas. When I called Ozark Mountain, the inspector apologized came and gave me a bid to get rid of the termites. She told me that her boss would be contacting me the next day. He didn?t. When I did get a hold of him, he offered to lower her estimate. I had lost all confidence in them and went with a "name brand" pest control company for the extermination instead.
