"Installed my elderly grandmother Norma's HVAC 6 years ago. Recently A coil was icing up. She was told she'd need a new A coil (not cleaning first). A-Coil was covered under 10 year warranty but not labor. They quoted her 2900 to install the new A-Coil. I checked with multiple other HVAC firms, and the labor to install this part and the refridgerant was on the order of 900-1000. This firm gouged my elderly grandmother. They didn't send her an itemized bill, so I think they just have a set price that includes the part. They took her money and there has been no effort by them to make this right. Watch out, they'll do this to you too or someone you love. They said it's inflation, but this is what happens when they sense that they can take advantage of someone. They won't talk to me (her grandson), only her, and told her there was nothing they could do and just took her money. Beware, use someone else, you cannot trust these people."

Two Dads Construction Partnership with Insurance My friend/co-worker and I both do odd jobs or handyman services on the side of full-time employment. We'll do both large and small jobs. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
