Our experience with this company was five stars! Rob came to our house and spent time explaining the process, showing examples of other decks they built. Communication with this group was great. Alex kept us informed and managed our financing. Our new deck is absolutely beautiful. Chris and his crew did quality work. I was impressed with their craftsmanship and how well they cleaned up afterwards. If you are looking for artistry and quality, this is the company to call!

Wow! We love our steel siding. The install process was quick. Rob who sold us the siding is one of the only building biologists in the area and helped us understand the clear benefits of their product. We are so happy with the final product and would highly recommend Jones.

I called in October to get on the list for Spring work to build a new deck. To our surprise they were able to start in about two weeks. We chose the Tiger Wood and it is absolutely beautiful. Sure enough almost two weeks to day, I got a call saying the wood be delivered the next day. Since the work was done late in the year, progress was made according to the weather. They kept us informed almost daily as to when they would be there. It was wonderful being kept in the loop and never wondering when they would be there. We met the owner Kelly and he stopped by a number of times to see what we thought and how progress was coming. You won't be disappointed by choosing Jones Home Improvments!

They had the best price and a good sales team. They also build more protection into the deck then thier peers. I've done at least 6 bids before choosing them. Their employee s have excellent attention to detail. Greater St. Louis, they set the bar.

Jones has been great to work with. Like any construction project there are problems that arise that could not have been avoided. Being a homeowner for almost 50 years brings exposure to many contractors of different areas of expertise. By far, the Jones folks have proven to be the best we have dealt with. Rob and Alex were great to work with in that they are knowledgeable, responsive and actually did what they said they were going to do within time frame previously discussed. Jose and ithe installation crew did a stellar job installing and maintaining a clean work area. All of that and competitive pricing as well

After moving into our home, we noticed vague health symptoms, including difficulty breathing and a sense that there was "stale air" or lack of oxygen. (Breathing difficulties are only one side effect of exposure to electrical interferences.) Rob assessed our home for EMF levels and evaluated levels of electricity, particularly "dirty electricity", in and around our home. He is very knowledgeable and proficient evaluating these levels, understands the health compromises these present, and also made recommendations for remediating. In today's electrical and wireless age, we all need to be aware of the health burden these exposures present to us on a daily basis, and take the necessary precautions to eliminate/reduce in both our homes and businesses. I have been suffering for about a year with constant headaches, difficulty sleeping, fatigue and more. I learned my problems were caused by Radiation exposure but could not find help. Then i met Rob Workman with Jones company. Rob came to my home and office and identified several sources of Radiation along with wiring problems that were causing my problems. We had Jones Home Improvements EMS survey on our home by Robert W. to conduct and audit in electromagnetic fields in our home. We had noticed over the last year, that we were feeling very low in energy and that recovery from our workouts and from minor injuries were slow. After learning from a friend in Webster Grove of their health issues after a smart meter was installed by the electric company we did some research. After listening to physicians for safe technology about EMS effects on health, and especially childrens health, we felt that lowering our exposure to EMS would be one way we can improve and protect our families health. Our friends referred us to Robert W. who is a building biology environmental consultant. Our home is our sanctuary where we spend most of our time and where we sleep and recover from the day, so we want to make sure it is safe for us and our children. We found the survey very interesting. We found many ways to lower our exposure to EMS in simple ways to make our home safe for our family. Robert was professional, extremely knowledgeable and he made the experience fun. We felt very comfortable having him in our home. We felt that he truly cared about us and wanted to help us protect our home and health. We found out that we had dangerous levels from EMS coming from dirty electricity, which extends at least 4 to 6 feet out from our walls, and also from cell towers near our home, as well as several appliances, small electronics and 2 light bulbs. We have since taken steps to mitigate our EMS exposure. We believe our health has improved as a result we noticed clear thinking, less headaches and no pain after workouts since taking steps to lower our exposure to EMS. We wish every home, office, school, and library got an inspection like this. People need to know EMS exposure can affect health and cognitive assumption in a big way and that they can protect themselves if they know how.

The employees were prompt and courteous and showed up either early or on time every day. They worked very hard and I was pleased with the overall quality of the project. I hired them again to work on my shed to match the house. The owner is honest, accommodating, and straight forward.

They did a terrific job, showed up when they said they would, they cleaned up all the debris left from the job. They worked 12 hours non-stop the first day, they were really unbelievable.

We had gotten two other quotes for the teardown and removal of our wooden deck and a rebuild of a low maintenance deck. Alex, the Founder of RemodelTech was able to provide us the best quote which, included a military discount. They built us a new deck with Zuri - Premium Decking which, is guaranteed not to staining, fading and resist scratches. All we have to do is hose it off to clean it. The railing is made of aluminum, by Westbury. Alex kept us informed during this time by phone calls, messages and was even at our home 4 or 5 times checking out the work. If he was not satisfied with the building materials he would return for new materials. It did take a little longer than I was told it would take to complete but, they were doing the work during the hottest park of the summer and no shaded. We enjoy going out there every evening having dinner, enjoy having friends over and just relaxing on our brand new deck. We would consider hiring them in the future for other home projects.

RemodelTech (Bobby and Alex) came in at the lowest bid on our above ground pool deck project. They both communicated well following the initial consultation (in which they stressed customer focus and communication somewhat rare in the construction business), right up through the completion of the project and final inspection with the town. The only setback involved building code in our county and some of the subcontracted work/crew had a misunderstanding with Alex regarding code so that set things back a couple weeks (minor), but this was quickly corrected by Alex. Overall we are very satisfied with our 'custom' deck (somewhat custom in that it needed to be built off a retaining wall, adjacent to just about 25% of the diameter of an above ground swimming pool). The deck has really transformed our back yard/pool area into something we're proud to show off. Above all else, these guys actually CALL YOU and/or RETURN YOUR CALLS, texts, email, etc. That's SO important and a lot of contractors don't seem to 'get it' in that regard. Recommended whole heartedly.

My wife and I hired RemodelTech for our vinyl siding replacement. I do highly recommend this company with no hesitation. Bobby and Alex are certainly experts in their field. It was a pleasure to work with them and have our expectations met. When it comes to our next project (outside deck). I'll be reaching back out to them.
