About us

24 Hour Appraisal Group is a small home appraisal company operating in 10 counties in the St. Louis Metro area. We have Certified Residential Appraisers in both Missouri and Illinois, each with more than a decade of experience. Our appraisers have a history of dedication to a high standard of performance in the development of quality reports, supported by professionalism and the integration of new, developing technologies. We have full-time administrative support, enabling us to respond promptly to inquiries of any nature. All our billing is done in-house, primarily by invoicing. Combined with our electronic report delivery system, our utilization of technology ensures client confidentiality and ease of access to records.

Services we offer

We complete residential valuations for both lender and non-lender purposes, which include: first and second mortgages, debt consolidation, estate planning, divorce settlement, bankruptcy, litigation purposes and real estate tax disputes. We can complete both limited and full interior appraisals, as well as exterior and field review appraisals. Each report is completed with a commitment to producing a well supported, professional appraisal that is defensible in court.
