I received four bids for the fence we wanted installed. I picked wood link because of their responsiveness in the bidding process and that they could build the fence quickly. They gave us a bid a day or two after we contacted them and the fence was installed within 10 days. The whole process went very well. Wood link let us know via text when they were coming and kept us updated on the process. The quality of their work was excellent. The posts, stringers and fence boards were good quality. They built a gate for us and it looks good and works very well. I highly recommend them.

They did an awesome job. Was unsure of the company. The owner was a friendly guy who gave me and my wife exactly what we needed for our 3 animals. Basically James Fencing was the big name. But they’re swamped with work and we’re 6 weeks out at minimum. Wood Link was at my house within a week. Had the posts set and they built the fence within a few days even though they’re swamped with work as well. They build for the Ashland school district and I recommend you choose Wood Link.

Frank responded promptly to my request for advice as to the best type of fencing to meet my needs and then provided an estimate in a very timely manner. He even returned the same day of the estimate to provide me a brochure about the fencing I'd chosen. The product was ordered and I think arrived a little earlier than the estimated date. Once arrived, I was called promptly to schedule the installation. The installers were polite and professional, checking with me before and during the job to see that had input into any questions they had and that I was satisfied with how the fence was being installed.

Frank came out to see the project and give me a bid. Based upon research that I had done on line, I was expecting a bid of $20 or so per foot. A few days later I received his bid as promised. It was for $1475 which works out to almost $39 per foot. I went with another company with a bid of $936.

Wood Link did a great job installing our fence. It was also very cold and windy out side but they worked through it!

Excellent service. After having received less than welcoming responses from a previous provider of fencing for my previous property and business I contacted WoodLink. Not only was the response time short I had a wonderfully constructive visit from the business owner who came out and walked the property with me. We discussed my needs and desires, he measured and provided a written estimate and some excellent suggestions which we discussed. I Ok'd the drawings and made a deposit for the cost of the materials and installation occurred a week later. The owner's son and two other workers arrived when they said with the materials, set the posts and returned to install the black chain link after the concrete had cured. They were fast, professional and courteous and paid attention to detail. Wouldn't you know within 2 weeks of installation we had that freak wind storm that felled and topped a number of power lines and trees in my area - one of the trees landed on the corner of the fence. The Woodlink guys came out, removed the tree, replaced one of the posts and re-pulled the chainlink for a minimal cost and without complaint. I do need to contact them about a few areas which need securing where the dogs have found they can crawl under a gate that separates two sections of the yard, Apart from that the fencing has withstood a year of hard testing by the dogs within and the wildlife without. Two friends who have seen the work have subsequently engaged Woodlink for their fencing needs having run into similar problems with the other local company.

Well, it was pretty shocking to ask a potential client for $2,500.00, and not break down into labor and materials and scope of work and. . . the owner used the same sheet of paper I put my e-mail address down on, just drew VERY rough sketch of layout of fence, and then came to the outrageous price. I have never worked with any kind of contractor who was SO unabashadly unprofessional in his demeanor, appearance, and presentation. Shocking, would be the word.

Marcus was friendly and informative on the work to be done. The workmanship of the construction was super, and work was done on time and as within price quoted.

I needed a small amount of fencing to tie in from my house to the neighbors' fences with a gate on one side. Wood Link inspected within a few days of my call and sent me a written estimate. I paid half down. They got to me promptly considering that it was a small job. I am happy with their work and I would definitely use them again for a bigger project. Two other companies would either not call back or never gave a quote.

It went very well. After a few days, I realized there was a gap at the bottom because the yard dipped in the middle for drainage. My small dachshund fit under the gate so I called Frank and explained the problem. He came out a few days later and fixed it by putting a board along the bottom of the gate. It looks and works fine. No more dog escapes since!

Company representative came to the house and did measurements, discussed options to meet our needs and gave us a bid and a time line. When the material arrived they called to make arrangements to do the install. The crew was right on time, asked questions to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted. They removed the extra dirt and put the sod back so you could hardly tell they had disturbed anything. Very professional from beginning to end. I would use them again.

They have been in business in my area for about 30 years and are reliable. I will use them again in the future.

Frank promptly returned my phone call and came out to do an estimate the same day. He listened carefully to what I wanted to change about my gates and recommended some tweaks to my plan. I received a written estimate a couple of days later. When I called to schedule the work, he was able to send a crew later the same week. The crew of three guys completed the work in just a few hours, exactly as planned, and cleaned up after themselves. They had to leave before I had a chance to inspect the work, but they called me right away to apologize and ask if I had any concerns about the new gates. The invoice (for the estimated amount) and lein waivers were mailed to me promptly. I'd definitely use these guys again.

The job went well. Frank was a great communicator and his crew was timely, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They worked with me to site the fence and the gates. They installed the fence quickly and with zero problems. I'd hire these guys again and I recommend them without reservation.
