+ -1 moreBroker Denise Payne contacted our bank without our knowledge to request a form on our behalf without our permission. She was not given the name of our banker or permission to contact him for any reason, nor did she ask for that information. She used her own contact at our bank to snoop around in our finances because she believed that we couldn't afford to buy a house. She assumed that we were trying to hide something because she doesn't understand how business loans work and wanted an "approval letter" which isn't applicable for business acquisitions. Weichert Realty was completely unapologetic and stated that they "do this all the time" which is a clear violation of our privacy and basic business ethics.
Description of Work: We are looking for our next investment property.

Description of Work: While searching for a new house, my wife and I found one listed by Weichert Realtors. Despite the fact that the agent, Susan Meyers, was working for the sellers and not specifically for us as the buyers, her professionalism and level of dedication and integrity displayed during this process were beyond words. The house we chose was only listed on the market 18 days before we signed a contract, and that was from out of state and within 36 hours of our first contact with the agent. She has continued to be helpful in every possible way to ensure a smooth process. It's rare these days to find a dedicated hard worker who also takes the time to add personal touches and go the extra mile on a personal level. To say I've been impressed would be an understatement, so I would highly recommend Weichert, and specifically Susan Meyers. I will absolutely seek her out first if I need real estate services in the future.

+ -1 moreI'm working with them to get an estimate for painting the house and putting down new flooring before listing it with them if it is not sold at the auction. They have been very helpful getting me quotes on those things and pulling comps to show me what I can expect to sell it for.
Description of Work: I tried to sell my house by auction first. I spoke with one of their agents about what I needed to do if the house did not sell in the auction.
