Description of Work: Wallace Plumbing responded to my call after I discovered that we had no hot water for early-morning showers. Our old hot water heater had sprung a leak, and I expected that I would probably be without hot water for the better part of the week. Not only did Wallace respond immediately to our emergency, but they had the old heater removed, a new heater installed, and the mess cleaned up by the time my wife and I returned from work that same day. In addition, they prepared much of the paperwork that the city requires for inspecting this kind of work in private homes. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and courtesy will make them my first call the next time I need a plumbing service.

Description of Work: I have had a water heater installed recently, cost was well within the normal range and installation was done well and within two hours, and the other water heater hauled off. This was done in the later part of Feb 2012. Also had a stool pulled for being leaky. Done, cheerfully with information on what was wrong. Haven't received bill yet. Have had them do work 4 times in past two years, some remodeling.
