Best of all, we didn't have to pay a dime for her services-- the seller of the house paid the commission! I really appreciated Virginia's warmth and professionalism. We were looking for a very small and inexpensive house, so I know that she didn't make much money on the sale since her commission was a percentage of the sale price. You would never have known it from the level of service she provided, though-- we could have been buying a million dollar mansion, based on the degree of individual help and attention she gave us. I would wholeheartedly recommend Virginia Higdon to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Columbia area.
