Two Men and a Truck

HORRIBLE! Did not move all of our belongings because they said could not fit in a 26 foot truck. Left behind crucial medical equipment after being told numerous times that these 2-15 foot tracks for overhead patient transfer MUST be moved. THEY DID NOT! Broke the controller for our adjustable bed and never reimbursed us for the repairs. Also left part of a desk and other small items that had truck been loaded properly would fit and should have fit as there was ample room in the truck when everything else was loaded. Those few items minus the tracks fit into a small SUV. We were told if we wanted the tracks they would have to send another truck (26) and charge us a duplicate of what we already paid. The tracks were only 4 inches wide and 15 ft long. This is how this company treats a disabled veteran and a his disabled wife! This was totally unacceptable and very cruel. To treat people this way no matter who or what the situation is, very heartless and unprofessional. DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK OUT OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI.

The absolute worst. Left crucial medical equipment off truck when they were told at very beginning that 2-15ft overhead rails for trapeze have to go on truck. They also said they were not able to fit everything on truck but it fit in a small SUV. Obvious poor packing on their part. Broke controller for a power adjustable bed. When spoke to the business owner he agreed to pay for controller but never did and told me he could send a truck to get rest of belongings but would be the same price for a full truck load.

This company provided great service from the call to schedule to the completed move!! My floor installer wanted to move up my installation 2 weeks due to a customer cancellation. I called Two Men And a Truck on Friday to inquire if they could do the move on the next day, Saturday. They could meet that scheduled, indicating the charge would be slightly higher due to being a weekend. For me the slightly higher cost was no problem, just very happy to get the move going. The inquired about each item that needed moved and where it would be moved to. In a few minutes they came back with an estimated cost of $133 to $150 and would arrive at my home between 8AM to 8:30AM. Dakota and Bryan arrived at 8AM! They introduced themselves and questioned me about each item to be moved and the final location. They installed padding on the door frame and moved each item through my front door to the garage. During the moving process they were very careful to protect my furniture and home. They very carefully cleaned there boots each time they entered my home. They were polite, courteous and very professional. They completed the mover at 8:50 AM and charged $131. I'm completely satisfied with their service and will most certainly have them return to move the furniture back in after floor installation!

They were terrific. They showed up on time. They were quick and careful with all of my stuff. They estimated the move would take 3 hours and cost me about $300. They finished up in 2.5 hours and charged me $250. I highly recommend this moving company.

I scheduled the moving day well in advance. Two Men confirmed the day before. Mack and Marcel were the movers. They arrived on time, moved everything carefully, and tried very hard to please. All went very well. They are coming back in a few days to move everything back in the house and I have requested Mack and Marcel again. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommend this Company. UPDATE: Mack and Marcel came back on 6-18-2013 to move back all the furniture, appliances, and plumbing fixtures from the garage to the house. They again exceeded expectations with their careful handling of the items and their desire to put everything back exactly as we wanted it and in the order we wanted it placed. Would still definitely recommend this company and these employees.

This is about my fourth attempt to write this review.., so, one more time! These guys were absolutely great. My experience was very good from my 1st call to the office until the and quot;2 Menand quot; pulled away from my house. We were moving my Mother-in-law from her home to ours. What might have been a bit of a rough day for her was certainly helped by their polite and respectful attitudes. Did the job in a professional, timely manner. Recommend this company highly. Now, if I can manage to get this posted.
