We have a two-story walkout with cedar sheet siding that needed a full coverage paint job. The trim was a contrasting color, and the siding was done with a non-penetrating wood stain. Overall, the Tuller people did a very nice job with the entire project. They took care of everything from the prep to the procurement of the paint and all other aspects of the job. Jon was always pleasant to deal with, friendly and professional. The overall quality of the paint job is VERY high, and we are pleased with the look and the experience. Jon was willing to give his opinion on the best way to go about doing things, and was open about all aspects of the project. NEGATIVES: No job is perfect, and so here were a few things that didn't go quite as we would have liked. The deck staining job, which was outside of the house painting aspects (and I suspect may not have been directly handled by Jon), suffered from multiple overspray issues - from the initial deck washing sending a paper mache like substance all over windows and trim to the actual deck stain itself which has overspray in multiple areas, including onto windows and on to the paint job itself. None of these were cleaned up by the painters themselves, and we still have some of these spots today. Second, many of the staples used to tack down plastic sheeting to prevent paint overspray were simply left behind - we're still pulling them out as we find them. And third, during the course of the job, we found a 10% off coupon for Tuller services which Jon would not honor because he said it needed to be mentioned during the quote process (which was not printed on the coupon anywhere). It is for these three reasons that the and quot;professionalismand quot; score is knocked down to a and quot;Band quot; in our review. So with these negatives, why the overall positive rating? Simply because the quality of the work was very high, the cost of the work perfectly fair, and our interactions with Jon overall were so easy, that the minor inconveniences of the overspray and staples do not come anywhere near detracting from the overall quality (and relative value) of the experience. Given how many sub-professional, poorly trained, or downright dishonest paining companies are out there, we were very happy to have found one of the good ones. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tuller painting to anyone who asked.

Jon and his paint team arrived as promised taking extra care to protect existing floor covering and furniture/appliances. Jon made paint color and quality recommendations based on my planned shutters installation. The team arrived as scheduled every day during this 2 week effort. Jon's quote and final invoice price beat competitive quotes by 15%. The quality of work was extremely high and the cleanup effort was better than expected. I definitely recommend and will reuse this company for any new interior paint requirements.
