Superior customer service and top notch professionalism. I highly recommend Timmerman's Heating and A/C, he took the time to explain what our furnace issue was, what needed to be replaced and gave some valuable tips to keeping our heating and cooling systems running at their optimal performance.

Furnace was old and had some issues, provider was able to reset it but ultimately it looked like it needed to be replaced, I contacted several other providers and the majority felt getting a new furnace might be a better idea than repairing all parts that might be wrong with the furnace.

Absolutely great! Came out the same day called, arrived at scheduled time, found and repaired the problem. Very personable, professional, informative and knew what he was doing. I can't think of anything he could have done better, I have recommended him to friends and that is something I just don't do if I have any concern over how they will be treated. If you're looking for an old school, customer orientated, does what he says he will do, on time and fair priced guy This is the one you want.

He was very accommodating, coming very early so my child can make her soccer game and the Mizzou football game. We have used him many times in the past for minor repairs and would use him again for major ones.

Had an informative discussion about my needs and educated me about issues in a professional manner. Unlike some other service providers, did not assume I would not understand issues or was not interested in the details. I was very impressed.

Mr.Timmerman was on time and very professional. my ac was frozen and not putting out cool air. He defrosted the a.c. unit and recharged it , he spent 2 hours and only charged 160. Was very nice and I would hire him again.

A true craftsman.

Connecting a new heat pump and coil to a 10 year old furnace requires some sophisticated adjustments. Tom Timmerman performed a near perfect job doing the installation and a couple of follow-up adjustments. The heat pump defrost cycles have been infrequent, 2 or 3 during a 24 hr day when the temp was between 20 and 32 degrees. The gas furnace comes on nicely during the defrost cycle. The heat pump sets right out side our bedroom window and it is significantly quiet during heating, cooling, and defrost events. We couldn't ask for a better central air situation. And most important, we have complete confidence in Tom Timmerman's honesty and professionalism. We have been enjoying the system for almost a year. Looking back, I wouldn't do anything differently. Heat Pumps have saved us a ton of money during the past 30 years or so.

He was very fast and punctual to come out and give me a quote and his bid was much cheaper than other companies offering similar packages. His work was extremely professional and he was very helpful through the entire process. I gave him a “B” on punctuality because my appointment got bumped because other customers had A/C emergencies and my existing unit was working. Since he is a mainly a solo operation I guess he doesn't have the staff to handle multiple things at once, but it all worked out in the end! One thing to note, I had to bend his arm a little to get a bid in writing from him. I suppose that since was much cheaper than competitors he didn't want to be used as leverage. But overall I am very very happy with the price and level of service he offered. I plan on using Timmerman for all my future HVAC needs (which hopefully won't be a lot since I just had a new unit installed) and would recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC technician or system.
