I had a remote start system installed by Sound Performance on December 29, 2014, as my car is outside all the time. There was a special running, and I got the total package I wanted (including two 4-button remotes) for a total of $321.45. This included a lifetime warranty on parts (excluding the remotes) and labor. The shop itself was clean and had a professional feel. The guy I dealt with there was named Ben, who was friendly and straightforward. I had a slight problem with the system: Occasionally (once every few days) neither of the remotes (car and remote start) would unlock the car, so I had to use the key. I had to take the car in twice before one of their techs figured out a solution, but after that I've not had any more problems. Ben was easy to deal with, and it's been great getting into a warm car on those brutally cold winter mornings. I would definitely recommend Sound Performance for any auto-related products, and will consider getting another remote start system for my wife's next car.

I had all the windows in my Honda tinted. T.J. Mitchell, sales manager, was extremely helpful in guiding me as to what tint degrees are legal in Missouri. They did a wonderful job, very professional, on time, exactly as quoted. The owner, Mark Schumer, is there to help and provide topnotch customer satisfaction.
