Was not successful but charged us $150 and said they needed to put a camera through the line which would cost $300 more. Said they though the line was broke. The Drain Cleaner cleaned the line without a camera and only cost $95.

Called on a Sunday - came out and provided a temporary fix. Came back the very next morning to complete the work. Al little late getting to our place but certainly well within the specified time frame (Centurytel could learn a thing or two from these guys). Worked very well with my home-owners warranty service over the telephone. Very professional. Worked diligently and expeditiously. Replaced a 6 year old A.O Smith water heater which started leaking from the top of the tank (just out of it's 6 year old warranty). Removed old water heater. Brought all connections up to current code. Explained everything in a manner easy to understand. I have had MUCH WORSE experiences from other plumbing services (Mastertech - where I had to fix their mistakes and I am not a plummer). Cleaned everything up at the end and the installation looked great. I would recommend and use again without hesitation.

This vendor did an excellent job and replaced the seal on our downstairs toilet. There have been no leaks or any other problems since. The price was very reasonable especially considering the service was on a Saturday.

We explained to Roto Rooter that a contractor had done some plumbing for us, but did not pull a permit. The city wanted a permit pulled by a licensed plumber, so they said they would come out and do it. Jeremy came out, looked at the plumbing that was done and said he would go down to the city to pull the permit. He stated that "these things sometimes happen", but that he would take care of it. He then called us back the next day to state that the city would not allow him to pull the permit. When we contacted the city, they said that no one had come it to pull one. We called Roto Rooter back and left messages, but no one would call us back. Finally, the end of the next day we were finally able to get a hold of someone there and he said, "didn't Jeremy get back with you?", when we stated that he would not take our calls, we were told that since the plumbing was done by someone else, they would not pull the permit and do the work! We couldn't believe it, Jeremy had told us that they had done that work in the past and he would pull the permit, why say you will do it if you won't, and waste two days of our time, knowing we needed the work done immediately to open! This is one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Vince was very helpful and comfortable to work with. He evaluated the issue with our system and advised us on prioritizing what needed to be done. He had a clear understanding of how our system was designed and how it works. He explained everything in enough detail that we were better able to understand why the vent cover kept blowing off and what needed to be done next. He also made suggestions for how to prevent more serious problems while we schedule the work he advised that was out of scope for Roto-Rooter. Although he did the evaluation on the weekend, the charge was the same as it would've been had it been a weekday.

Pretty thorough, had backed up before and he checked all the drains affected and made sure he had all drains cleared.Cleaned up all areas.

If you call they are usually her right away it doesn't matter if its late or the weekend they are available. The workers are professional and they clean the area up well. They are a little pricey but its worth it to me because they are so accomidating.

I was shocked that I was able to request a job (online which was awesome) for the same day and they called and said they were sending someone over exactly when I requested. Dave, our plumber was awesome, informative, prompt, polite, and explained things every step of the way so we knew what he was doing. Having dealt with a number of different contractors while we've been renovating our house, Roto-Rooter was by FAR the best experience we've had with any of them, and now everything is working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Brendan contacted us the same day we contacted Roto-Rooter. I called on Friday and he was out on Monday to provide a free estimate. Brendan was thorough and provided good advice. We decided on a Tuesday to let them do the work and they were out on Thursday morning. Everything went very smoothly and the work was done in a timely manner.

It went fine. They were relatively prompt and cleaned out our sink drain and main line. My only complaint is the price, but it was an evening and I may not know the going rates for plumbers.

I thought the price was a little high but the technician was very nice and polite. Didn't like how he left the floor dirty when he left. He could have slipped some booties over his shoes and simply carried rags to wipe up spills, etc. I suppose it couldn't be helped but inside the stool was also scratched and it doesn't look as good as it did.

I indicated clearing of sewer pipe from main to backyard area drain. Positive experience. no additional charges for extended use of equipment & labor and explained more extensive digging and pipe replacement that would be required in the future and estimated costs and labor/equipment charges could be needed. Excellent service and honest feedback on core issue. would use in future if same worker Dave

He ran from Main (city sewer line to my patio to clean out approx. 130ft line, which is offset or broken in yard. No charge for extra cabling or extended labor time. Recommends future excavation 2 ft deep to fix 4"sewer drain line. Job estimated at $1600.00 and 20% for materials and labor. He was informative, reliable and willing to explain problem and eventual solution (which is costly). Immediate sewer problem resolved temporarily.

The guy showed up about 3 hrs. after calling them. It took him about 30 min to run the snake through the whole house, got the clog out and works great still

The serviceman did a very quick and efficient job. The only thing I could say that he was a lacking was some sort of shop vac. He had to borrow mine to get the water out of the bottom of the dishwasher

I was having a problem with a leaky pipe, for quite some time. Tried fixing it myself but it was just a temporary fix. I called Roto- Rooter and they came out the same day. Gave me an estimate and after I gave them the okay they got to work. Roto-Rooter was fast, quiet, and polite each time they came out. They gave me advice on how what to do before calling them next time to possibly save myself some money. I would defiantly refer them to anyone!
