He stayed after hours to accommodate my work schedule, and patiently explained the options available to me within my price range, and the pros and cons of each. He answered all of my questions, and did not pressure me to buy things that were more expensive. He promptly sent me a price quote, and responded quickly to additional questions and changes.
Description of Work: We purchased and they installed kitchen appliances, kitchen sink and soaking tub for new construction

 + -1 moreThey work with designer kitchens and baths. They were excellent. There was no charge because it is under warranty.
