 + -1 moreMy home is 2600 ft.² and when they left here two hours later there were still rooms in my house that were not touched. I will say that they did a reasonably good job in the kitchen and the three bathrooms but that's pretty much all they got done. My home was not that dirty with the exception of the microwave that it should've taken three people two hours to accomplish that little. $180 was a lot of money to have three bathrooms and my kitchen cleaned with a very light surface cleaning of about two other rooms. The other three bedrooms were never even touched nor was my dining room or family room. Also I know it is popular to use green cleaning products these days but I don't think they work as well.
Description of Work: The offer was two hours of deep cleaning by a three person team so in essence six hours of cleaning. I believe my ratings might be higher if they would have put in a maximum square footage covered by their offer.

 + -1 moreI've had this company clean my house for a little more than a year. I have a cleaning company because we are on the go so much that its hard to get the deep cleaning done. It's hit and miss sometimes. I have had to have the cleaning crew come back as it was completely unacceptable. Sometimes it really great and then sometimes they do an "ok" job. Lately its just been an "ok" job. The dusting wasn't great, the leather sofa still had dust on the back and top, vacuuming always leaves something to be desired (since I have dogs in the house, I try and vacuum the night before to help them out, but it usually needs to be done the next day). The glass on the front door / window is never done and I always have to go back and do that. The refrigerator top hasn't been done for weeks, I found this out this weekend as I had to get something down and it was filthy. Our bedroom had dust balls around the carpet under the bed. I feel like things are dusted around and not under. I can move my nightstand and find dust balls under there as well. I can always tell when Mackenzie has cleaned a portion of my house, because that part of the house is always good. When it comes to contacting the office and Stephanie, she's always available and returns my texts so promptly. If I need to reschedule or change weeks, etc, she's always understanding and easy to work with. She's super nice and takes care of anything that I need.
Description of Work: I have cleaning 1 time per month. Cleaning includes kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, master bedroom and master bath, front door/window area, sliding glass door/french doors. We do not have them do the kids rooms.

We set up an appointment for them to come and do a deep clean while my mom was in hospital so she could come home to a clean house, and they called on the day of the appointment and say they were sorry and they were not going to be able to show up and they couldn't fit us in again for 4 weeks. It was very disappointing. They said they would call me again after they found someone to do the cleaning, and I called them again, and they haven't bothered to return my phone calls at all, even to tell me that they don't want to do the job. They have been terrible. The pricing was reasonable. We had arranged how much it was going to be and all that.

 + -1 moreThey send a crew of two or three that work together. The crew chief is always the same so she gets to know the house. They are very careful to be sure my dog is okay, letting her out when they will be vacuuming. Putting her back in if it's cold. The couple of times I've come home when they were here, they were friendly and polite. Overall, they do a nice job. I've recommended them to a friend.

Description of Work: After seeing the positive reviews on Angie's List, I opted for this company to clean a house we were getting ready to move into. I called the main number, left a message, never received a call back. Called the cell listed, but it rolled to another voicemail, which didn't indicate was a cleaning company, so I didn't leave a message. I submitted an online request, never received a response. Finally, I called the main number again a few days later and spoke with someone. I was offered the Angie's List special of 2 hours 3 person crew Deep Housecleaning @ $171. Perspective, this was an empty house except for just a few pieces of furniture. The house was NOT filthy or in need of a major cleaning. My request was to clean the house so it was move in ready with a special request to wipe out all the bathroom and kitchen drawers. Realizing their Angie's List "special" detailed their list of duties to be performed, including changing linens, making beds, etc., simply some things that just weren't a duty that would need to be performed in an empty house. Hence, my mind says, 'hey, that time could be allocated to some other duties that aren't listed." Although a date was given initially, I was also told I would get a call prior to the date to firm up a time. I never received that call either, just the one the morning of requesting directions. Anyway, the crew showed up at a reasonable time and got to work. 3 workers x 2 hours = 6 hours of cleaning....6 hours! Wow, this house is going to be sparkling clean, right? What was accomplished: Bathrooms were cleaned (except for the drawers I found full of beard trimmings) (oh, and the mildew in the shower door threshold) Kitchen was cleaned (except for the drawer that had candy from the previous owners and was told they didn't remove stuff from drawers nor did they have trash bags), (oh, and the oven which they said they would turn on auto clean but didn't) (oh yeah, and the filthy refrigerator which they said they do not clean regardless) Walls, ceilings, fans were dusted....except for the one with cob webs still inhabiting. All tile floor was mopped! Yea! Carpet vacuumed....uh, no. Probably because it was quick vac'd by those moving out, therefore it looked fresh, so it will be ok, no one will notice. Well...I noticed. Maybe the crumbs along the sofa or maybe it was all the little pieces of stuff along the baseboards. Either way...no, not vacuumed. I vacuumed after discovering it had not been done and emptied my canister 3 times. The proof was in the canister. Windows cleaned? Nope. Doors wiped down? Nope. Front porch or back patio swept off (I mean, you walk right through it to get inside, makes sense you might want to give it a quick sweep, 3 minutes tops) but, nope. Furniture items dusted? Nope...the dust imprint from all the prior owners stuff sitting atop kinda gives it away. Clean window sills layered with dead bugs & dust? Nope. I digress, 6 hours of cleaning....really? What exactly happened after the 1st hour mark? Again, there were normal duties that didn't need to be done, so extra time should be available. I'm certain I could knock out all that I listed in 6 hours by myself. "Deep housecleaning" as the special advertises, not even close. I think hotel housekeeping was more intensive than this service. Very disappointing. Aside from the performance, or lack of, there simply is no follow through or follow up. With all respect, the ladies were nice people. Simply, no, I will not use this company again, nor would I recommend.

 + -1 moreI emailed her and she responded the same day. I then contacted her by phone and we discussed what I needed to have done. We agreed to meet a couple of days prior to cleaning day so she could eyeball the apartment and determine her estimate. She gave me an estimate of $75.00 and a time estimate of 3-4 hours. What I requested: Wipe down all the walls and dust all ceilings; vaccuum all carpeted areas (including inside closets); scrub tiled/linoleum floors; clean all baseboards and doors; clean mirrors and windows; clean inside and outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets; clean/scrub both bathrooms; clean range and oven, range hood and refrigerator inside and out; wash all ceiling light coverings, shades and fan blades; discard all trash in the appropriate container on the property; and sweep the outside deck and entry ways. On the date we agreed upon, she and her helper met me at the apartment on time. Both were courteous and respectful and behaved professionally. Shortly before the work was completed, she contacted me and I returned to the site and inspected the work. After going through the apartment to see if there was anything she had missed, I paid her the agreed on $75.00 and gave her a tip, as I was quite satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to use her services again or to give her a reference. I was very pleased with her work.

 + -1 moreThey did an ok job of cleaning but had trouble with scheduling and professionalism. If one of their employess didn't show up then your house would not get cleaned, and never once did they offer to take anything off the next time for inconvenience. Yet if you fogot to leave a check or needed to change the date they charged you. They broke several things while cleaning, which happens. They were honest about it but again never offered compensation. The thing that really made me mad was that they wet mopped my unsealed wood floors and put my son's fabric storage cubes back on the wet floor. It stayed wet under the cubes and caused a big black mold spot on the wood floor that I could not remove and that is there to this day. Still they offered no compensation and even tried to denied that they caused the black spot.We ended up renovating soon after that so we just cancelled the service.
