 + -1 moreWe contacted them by email in advance of our arrival as we were traveling cross country. They responded quickly. Our arrival time was not set but they remained flexible. We arrived at about 1:30 pm on a cold, windy day. They went right to work on our unit. They completed the repairs within about 4 1/2 hours and had us back on the road. They provided me with education as to aspects of the operation of our charger/inverter that I was not aware of. They also contacted us after the repairs to make sure things were still working and to provide some additional operational information they had obtained from the manufacturer.
Description of Work: Removed charger/inverter from a 40ft motorhome. Diagnosed and replaced faulty fan, fully bench-tested the unit then reinstalled the unit in the motorhome. Tested the unit once reinstalled. Provided follow-up information concerning operation of unit after contacting the manufacturer on my behalf.
