Description of Work: I used them for lawn care and other misc. yard work for three years. After asking for 6 mos. for a proposal and never getting it and asking again and again and never getting it, I just chose to not to continue to do business with them. I was disappointed in how the situation was handled and was tired of paying a "fuel" fee. This should be included in the cost of the mow. Now I get my yard mowed for less and it is done just as well.

 + -1 moreI called Oasis Landscapes and scheduled for a free estimate for landscaping in my back yard. The owner, Keith, came to our home but showed up 20 minutes late. We explained to him what we wanted done; he took measurements, and explained he would mail us the estimate. Two weeks later I still had not received the estimate, so I called the office. I left a very detailed message with the secretary for Keith to either call me back or mail us the estimate. I still received no response. It's been over 4 weeks now with no further contact from Oasis. I thought it was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: No services performed. Owner came to my home for a free estimate.
