very friendly people to work with, installed ceiling fan and was gone in about an hour, maybe a little longer, very professional.

Two men were here for about one hour and 40 minutes to hang a chandelier in our staircase. At least 30 minutes of that time was used to check over our house to find other things that needed to update in their opinion. I was not told on the phone that they would do that nor did I appreciate it. I do appreciate that they checked the wiring to make sure it was good for the chandelier they hung. They hung the chandelier just fine, but A tag was left on the chandelier that I now have to try to remove. Probably my fault for not removing it to start with, but nothing was said as they were hanging it. I was charged $425.00, which I think is a lot of money for what was done. I had a $25 coupon so the total for about 1 hour of actual work was $400.00

I had to have a light switch replaced. With not too much effort it was apparent the problem was with the switch as opposed to the light. I may not appreciate how much it costs to call on electrical services but at more than $100.00 for less than 1 hour of work and about $5.00 in parts I thought the fee was excessive. I must agree, the electricians diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Price was high, but I couldn’t find another electrician and I had several light fixtures to be replaced, so I went ahead and used them. The technician was very professional, prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. I have the peace of mind that the work was done correctly and safely.

We needed a lot more work than I had anticipated. It was very expensive - significantly beyond my budget, but I couldn't have asked for better work quality or more knowledgeable and helpful workers.

These people are all service professionals.
