I called this company based on there reviews to install an outdoor electrical plug for my hot tub. They answered right away came out did the work, but when I went to plug in the hot tub later it kept tripping. They assured me that I had/have plenty of room on my panel for this. I've called and left numerous message for Keith to give me a call back and not once have I gotten a call back.

I have used this guy for twenty years, he has done great work. I highly recommend him.

They were courteous, but left behind an awful mess, including stained carpet, cement on my floor and a hole in my roof. They originally priced the job for 2 days and it ended up taking twice the amount of time and almost twice the amount of money.

Hired to install gfic outlets in a rental unit. I talked with them and gave them information to call my renter. When they did not call, my renter called and set up an appointment.. They did not show up for the appointment.

Keith came over the same day I called him. He was polite, courteous and very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job was done. He also was kind enough to take a lamp of my home and repaired it for me and brought it back the next day. I was very pleased.

Warren showed up on time, and fixed a fairly long list of problems in a relatively short amount of time (2 hours). My only complaint is that he is a Green Bay Packer fan (I am a Chicago Bear fan!). Go Bears!

They wanted to charge me double for labor-$120.00 for two people when one person could have easily done the work. I refused and they agreed. They charged me $20.00 for a fee they claim they pay another famous review site to advertise, and warned that that site does false advertising. Would not use this company again.

Other than being late to our appointment, everything was great. He did call ( 45 minutes after our scheduled time) to let me know he was running late.

The electrician arrived on time (if not a bit early) and was prepared with the necessary equipment. He diagnosed my problem and made a temporary fix until I can get a replacement. He knew that my fan had a lifetime warranty and told me how to obtain a replacement. He said he would be back to install the replacement when it comes into the dealer. Overall, service was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to friends and family
