So many problems it is hard to recall them all. They did not order enough stone for countertop and had to search for matching stone for over a month. Once installed, the seam was not polished down and they had to return to do this. During design proces they did not mention that cabinets over counters would not be deep enough for standard dinner plates. Seams at corners of cabinets separated after a couple of months and all had to be reglued. When they reinstalled the doors, they failed to put in slow close hinges in one of cabinets. I could go on and on. Several doors and knobs were not aligned properly and had to be adjusted more than once. The cabinets are beautiful, and when they did respond, they were nice as could be and have addressed most of our concerns, but for the process has been excruciating.

They are custom cabinetry. They did our kitchen in a month. There were no unexpected issues. They were great. They were great for the price.

Mark and his crew came and mesured multiple times to ensure everything went smoothly. We met with them to ensure colors and trim were perfect. We were invited to the shop twice to see the progress on our build. Installation went very well. We plan and using them again for our kitchen.

Staff were cheerful, optimistic, enthusiastic and helpful. I received the duplicate door in 1 week at a very reasonable cost. It matches the other door perfectly. They put a new hinge in the old door so the hinges matched and gave me all necessary screws to install both doors. Their work is excellent quality.
