Excellently. I cannot say enough good things about Gavin, Nick, the workers, the accounting in their office and everything surrounding all of it. The deck is absolutely stunning. The roof is amazing and feels so nice that it won't leak. The knowledge that Gavin had about what the problems were and how to fix them was great. The door in the basement that needed replacing was done very well. The gutters look wonderful. My house looks like a new place again.

The process was very easy and straightforward. The owner of the company, who was very polished and professional, came to my home to go over paperwork, cost and scheduling. He brought material samples with him, which made it easy to pick a color. He also explained the qualities and properties of the product they used, which made me feel confident that it was indeed a high quality material. All work was done according to schedule and cleaned up nicely. I did find a few nails in my more dense landscaping over the course of several months, but it would have been easy to miss those. I found no nails or materials anywhere where there was easy access to foot traffic, which is the more important thing. They took care to protect my landscaping. Honestly, they came after I left for work, and were finished and cleanup before I got home. I never once saw a crew member or any sign of a mess, other than the materials that were delivered to my driveway a couple days before the scheduled work. The process was exceptionally pain free, except that I was kicking myself for having such a high deductible on my insurance. Live and learn...

You couldn't ask for a more professional, courteous and timely approach than that provided by Manor Roofing and Restoration. When they were finished, I knew that I wouldn't be needing anything else done on the top of my house for many years to come. They did anything and everything! What a relief! This was the first time that I had a project manager visit my house, not once, but several times - always checking on progress and arranging for extra work that I requested. I certainly recommend Manor Roofing and Restoration to everyone needing any of the many things that they do.
