We offer a full range of house cleaning services and use a 49-Point Checklist™ to ensure your home is cleaned correctly, every time, guaranteed. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting are our specialties. Beyond that, we focus on areas of your home selected by you.
Use MaidPro at your own risk. We used MaidPro five times. The first two were done by a person who was very meticulous, and everything was incredibly clean. We were thrilled. The third time MaidPro #2 came, and we could hardly tell that someone had cleaned anything. After that, we insisted that person #1 come. The fourth time, MaidPro #1 came and everything was fine. The fifth time, MaidPro #1 was unable to come, so MaidPro #3 came. MaidPro #3 did not even touch the master suite bathroom (not the toilet, not the shower, not the tub.) We were upset about that because this is half of the reason we wanted our house professionally cleaned. MaidPro #3 used a vacuum cleaner that was so filthy it made my house smell like a dog kennel, so I asked her to stop (I can vacuum myself, don't worry about that, I told her.). MaidPro#3 left her cleaning supplies in my house and also her used coffee cup. And to top it off, MaidPro #3 left the garage open, *and* the door to the garage open. We have an 8-week-old kitten which was lost for 2 hours because we were frantically searching for her. MaidPro sent a quality control person who was very polite, she helped us find our cat. The quality control person told us that she didn't want MaidPro#3 to have been hired in the first place because there were been problems in the past. What was annoying was that after all that, MaidPro never offered to refund our money... I was left losing a half day of work and $120 for a half-cleaned house and a missing cat. NEVER AGAIN. Buyer beware-- if you get lucky and get a "good" MaidPro then you're all set, but if you get "unlucky" you're throwing money into the (uncleaned) toilet. They have a "checklist" where they detail what they've "completed" but it is all bulls***. The maid simply checks all the boxes and leaves a half-cleaned house 40% of the time. Not good odds.

We worked during the time they were at the house so never got to watch them in action. They did the routine stuff well, but it was surface cleaning only. There were two ongoing difficulties: 1. The kitchen floor was done (as near as we can tell) with a Swiffer or some such instrument. Even after we gave instructions to wet-mop the floor, it had soap scum and residual dirt. This was an ongoing issue and the floor was never cleaned to our satisfaction, except when we brought them back for a re-do. 2. The workers were unresponsive to written notes, e.g., do the floor in this room, no need to do this room, please clean the top of the stove range, etc. Again, they were fine for light dusting and surface cleaning but not so good on deep cleaning.

Cleaners are nice and try to get everything done in the 2.5 hours they are allowed - but I got immediate pressure on the first visit to give them a nice tip bc that's where they make their money so not thrilled about giving out 15 to 20 dollar tips on top of the 115. Plus as soon as they left it was clear they just sprayed some stuff in the air, vacuumed and lightly dusted and/or mopped. I made notes and critiqued that the floors, bathtubs and countertops needed more attention and care for the 2nd visit and the 2nd time it was just ok - I was going to have to go back in really deep clean so no point in them coming if they just do light housekeeping. Honestly if you think their checklist is satisfactory then you have very lenient standards on what looks tidy vs. what actually is scrubbed down and clean.

The 49 point service that they came up with wasnt followed. I sent pictures of the work that wasn't done...basic dusting was missed shelves weren't touched and areas were totally missed. I noticed it and contacted them immediately. Instead of having someone offer to come back and redo it, I got excuses why they didn't follow their own check off..."new place, new list".. My point was that this was the deep clean with extra time and people allotted and major things were missed. And instead of insisting on making it right I got excuses. They were not allowed to come back again. Which is too bad because I needed help.

It went great. I told them (2 cleaners) which I needed; showed them the house; and they gave me 5 hours worth of cleaning in 2.5 hr (x2). They were able to do everything I asked in that time period and I was very pleased.

Description of Work: .Date listed above is approximate. I am sure it is close....in my book bag My earlier services were good. However had a death in the family and called to cancel. They showed up. I was in the state of Mississippi, while I was pumping gas they removed 113 dollars out of my account. One the fifth visit I was only supposed to be charged $88.00 anyway. When I called them on it, because of my history with this company, it was agreed that my next visit would come out of the credit of 113.00. When the maid showed she was on time. But seem to be in a hurry . Which left several area dusty. I apply skin so soft in a spray bottle for spiders in my basement . The solution was still on the floor...clearly she did a half+++ job of mopping. I do have pictures that show undisputed proof, and I have a witness I am going to file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau. Dental issues has cause the delay of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. (hope for clairty...misplaced my glasses)

I would like to start with we go above and beyond to make all of our clients happy. Unfortunately, there are instances that we cannot succeed in doing so. We do offer all our clients a 24 hour re-clean guarantee. If a client contacts us with-in 24 hours of the clean we will gladly come out and re-clean the areas they are unhappy with. In this particular instance we had showed up to her home several times in the past for her to not be there or turn us away at the door. At the beginning we do explain that if we show up and don't get in our policy is to charge for that. There is a 2 day cancellation policy. We did not charge her for the several times prior to this. We have this policy in place so that our clients can understand that it costs us money to send our employee's out. We also lose money by turning away new cleans as our schedule is very full. Our employee's lose pay by when they show up and no one is there to let them in. We do not require our clients to be home while we clean. Ultimately, we leave access to the home up to each client. She did cancel one clean with us but the following month she did not cancel the next clean. We showed up to her not being home. We understand that she had a death in the family and we are very sympathetic to that. We refunded her money for that very reason. I would like to reiterate that we strive to make all of our clients happy. We take every complaint seriously and do all we can to resolve any issue in a fair manner to both the client and us. Regrettably, we were not able to meet the demands of this particular client.

They cleaned about five rooms. She does a good job. She is very personable. The same cleaner has been coming out to clean. She cleans for about two hours. It always smells good when she is done. They have a forty-nine point check list that they use to clean. A couple of times I've asked if she could clean something extra and she did at no extra charge. They come every two weeks to clean.

Britany is personable, professional and easy to have around. Our cleaning services have been customized to meet our needs. It is always easy to contact the office about any scheduling changes or concerns. The company provides each staff member with a good vacuum and all cleaning supplies. We are very well satisfied.
Description of Work: We typically schedule our cleaning services for every two weeks but were out of town several weeks this summer. Maidpro has been doing our cleaning for about six months and they are the best we have ever had. The company worked with us to get the best time for our schedules and we are always called just before the cleaning associate leaves to come clean. The 46 point check list is completed every time. Special cloths are used to dust, not feather dusters that just stir the dust as prior cleaners have done

They are very thorough, their staff is very professional, and they do an excellent job. They are friendly, and if there is any issues or problems, they want to know about it in advance. We are using them again this Thursday.
