They had a wide selection of stuff, and they measured the doors for you. It was fool proof for the home owner. Two doors is expensive. So far so good. They are low E glass. They look great.

An lady that helped me out with the paint. We had to prime the doors, and she helped pick out the paint. The service of the very knowledgeable staff who helped me pick out the paint, and the spray nozzle. The lady had worked there at Lowe's for fifteen years, and ton of experience. She was top notched. The price is typical. It seems high to me, bu maybe because I am cheap. It was paint and nozzle. Nozzle was $20 and paint was $25. Seems high to me, but its the same everywhere. The paint is suppose to last a long time, and the nozzle suppose to last a long time.

Paid for the service in April and the service still isn't complete. The windows are the incorrect size and the siding is patched and not done correctly, it's been a mess! I've been dealing with Lowe's management for several months now and will be trying to just get my money back at this point. The contractor Lowe's choose for this job, whose name is Robert, has been extremely unprofessional. The whole ordeal has been a nightmare.

Just over one month after our first contact with Lowe's, they finally delivered the flooring we had selected (about 2 days ago), despite the fact that our given time frame had been two weeks. The doors were to be delivered to a door installer, who had been told by Lowe's to schedule an appointment despite the fact that the door had apparently not even been ordered by Lowe's yet. When the installer called Lowe's to pick up the door, Lowe's had misplaced or forgotten the door order entirely, setting us back yet again. We are still awaiting a reply from Lowe's, and so is the installer. When attempting to straighten out the doors and the flooring, we made multiple visits to Lowe's. On one of these visits, we were there for three hours waiting for them to print our work order so that we could pay. Multiple times while in the store, staff deliberately evaded me when I approached them with the intent to ask questions or get help. They also told us that the flooring in question would take 24 hours to calibrate to the temperature of the house, and we planned accordingly. Upon the arrival of the flooring installers, we were told that the time frame for this is closer to three days. Lowe's has repeatedly lied to us about time frames, repeatedly blown us off, repeatedly failed to pass accurate information to the installers, and in so doing has forced to me to camp at a friends' house with my whole family with no place to call home for a month, all while I am trying to get an education. They have not apologized for their neglect and indifference, and I doubt that they will do anything to make it right. The installers are also very displeased with Lowes' performance. I am never going to Lowe's again, not even for so much as a box of paperclips. They've all but ruined my semester, placed an enormous amount of stress on my family, and lost a naively loyal customer. The ironic thing is that we told Lowe's up front that we were in the process of fixing up a heavily damaged house, and they had to have known from our description that we would be spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe's over time if they had made any effort whatsoever to work well with us. I give Lowe's an F. I cannot comment on the quality of the doors because none of them have been delivered to the installer, though the flooring, while not yet installed because it is still calibrating to the temperature of the house, is in fine condition.

They were polite and I was polite most of the time. The workers have their own problems with Lowe's. The Flooring Manager stated that he would have to jump through too many hoops to make a formal complaint with the Lowe's Central Office. That is what I understood.

Their prices are low. Pleased to a point. Had a little issue with the installation. They did not charge me a delivery fee. They took out the old appliances. I did have an issue with the ice maker and they came back over and fixed the problem right away. The cost of installation of the exhaust fan was a little high.

They stand behind their products and their work. They do a very good job. They did have to make a report to the manufacturer but kept in contact with me regarding the replacement.

He will continue to use them.
